NEED SOMEONE TO WORK ME OUT A GOOD FIRST TEST ONLY CYCLE

age- 29
gender- Male
height-5"8
weight- 182 lbs
I will be doing a 12 week test e only cycle will start on the 1st of december..
the items i will have in possesion to work with below is a list...
ABURAIHAN TEST ... 24 X 1ML/250MG AMPULE TESTOSTERONE ENANTHATE
HCG 1 Box of 2000 i.u's
ALPHA PHARMA NOLVADEX 30 X 20MG TABS...
CLOMID 20 x 50mg Tabs...
Aromasin 25mg X 30 TABS..
MILK THISTLE...
The test E i will take from week 1-12 250ml monday and 250ml thursday..
need some advise HELP on the PCT stuff when and how much dosage to take
and if i need anything else to go with this cycle
