400mg Test Cyp bloodwork
I’m currently running 400mg of Test C a week I got bloods done at week 6 total T came back at 3,884 Free Test came back at 1,293 and Estradiol came back at 107. I added in an AI arimidex at 1mg a week .5mg twice a week on the days I pin due to high estrogen sides itchy nipples, acne, and night sweats I go back in next week for bloods and I’ll see what estradiol and such is sitting at since adding in the AI. This is my first cycle and I seem to be getting along with it pretty well and I’m definitely noticing some changes the plan is to add in either NPP or EQ in the next cycle and going into a bulk trying to add on as much size as possible . So my main question is are these blood results fairly normal for 400mg a week and based on what I’ve shared would you recommend the EQ or NPP?

Levels are decent. But if this is your first cycle, run test only again but up the dose a little if you want go 500mg. Get the most benefits you can from test only cycles before adding other things. Your androgen receptors are still fresh and sensitive. Don't introduce them to stronger compounds until you feel like the test isn't doing it anymore. And yes I know this easier said than done. You don't want to desensitize your androgen receptor from the rip. You will see great results for a minimum of at least 3 test only cycles. If you did 400 this time go 500, then 600. Then if you want to add in a 2nd compound so be it. If you can wait please do. You will thank me later if you follow this advice.
