2 weeks into first cycle of test e
Hi guys im into my 2nd week of test e cycle my pumps are great my lifts and strength are way up and my weight scal has gone up by 5lbs upto 2day loveing the change in the mirror.
However last thursday i did 5 sets of 10rep barbell bench press after that i did 5 sets of bent over barbell rows . then i went onto do 1 set of uprite rows was going to do my second set that i felt some pain on my outer forearm near my elbow its been a full week i cant do any upper body exercise as i still feel some pain when i try to lift anything .
iv tried searching online to find ways of trying to recover faster but without success anybody have any ideas of how i can get this to recover faster as i cant do uper body workout incase i make it worser please help this is makeing me depressed

Yup possibly tennis elbow or a splint (like a shin splint) I've got them in my forearms before and they hurt like hell for awhile
Take a hammer or something simiular. Grip the handle. Place your arm straight and let the weight of the hammer swing left and right or up and down. You will feel it tingle the injured area. Sounds like tendiniteus aka tennis elbow. I get it sometimes in my elbow and it restricts alot of exercizes. You tube has some great tutorial you can see,cause my description may be hard to understand. It works. Due the exersizes and avoid training that aggrevates it. you will stregnthin the tendon up in no time.

tread-mWell now you know what you are capable of without sgteroids since they are n ot even working as of yet...lol. as to the injury start pounding down the turmeric, helps me, after you make sure there is not actul injury as CA said. Go to a little lighter weight with more reps and eventually work your way back as we all do. Slow down a bit, if you get too damn fired up and try to be superman before you are actually superman then you get injured, but you already know that. Diet is building brother, jump all over that and work back slow and dont feel you have to be ready for Olympia in September cuz you cant!

I get that too from a bone spur i have but a brace will takes care of it for me
