Just a Quick quastion

Hey guys thanks to everyone who replied to my last post...

I was due to start my cycle on Monday .
Iv been off from the gym a full week 2day I usually go 5days a week Iv had this flu virus
For a 3 weeks I have finally today got rid of it . Iv just checked the scale I am down to
177lb from 182lb last time I was in the gym so Iv lost almost 5lb of waight
Since last going to the gym..
My question is shall I start the gym again for a full week before
I start the cycle ???
So my body can recover from all that waight loss
Or shall I just start my cycle from Monday as I planned

Hi guys,
I'm going to do my first cycle next week . I am 29 years old,5"9 ,180Lbs, 15%bf. My goal is to put as much lean muscle as possible & less water.
My cycle is.

week 1-12 500mg aburaihan Test enanthate 250mg on tuesday & 250mg on friday

week 1-12 0.25mg Adex EOD and i will up 0.50mg add nolvadex if i get any signs of gyno....
week 12-14 hcg 500iu pw. 250iu tuesday & 250iu friday..
after last shot start pct (week 15)

week 12-14 1 25mg aromasin tab split in 4 taken every EoD
after last tab start pct (week)

PTC
week 15- 50mg Clomid & 40mg nolvadex ED
week 16- 40mg Nolvadex ED
week 17- 50mg Clomid ED
week 18- 20mg Nolvadex ED

I have a clean diet 5 to 6 meals a day...
protein shakes & creatine
