Hgh questions and weightlifting questions

ad

Hi there!

This is my first muscle or really fitness forum, so if my questions seem really fundamental please forgive me:)

After EXTENSIVE research, I still have a few questions about HGH and it's use. If anyone has any wisdom they can throw my way, I would really appreciate it.

I am 44, just under five foot and weigh about 100 lbs. I am not looking to lose any weight, but I would really like to add some muscle and improve my skin texture if possible. Not to mention my energy has really tanked the last couple of years.

Working out and staying fit is not new to me, but lifting weights is.

That being said, I was thinking 1 IU at bedtime 5 days on two days off for two weeks then going up to 1.5 IUs same schedule. Does that seem like enough?

Also, anyone know if any of the brands are known to be more conducive to anti-aging or promoting healthy skin?

Also, my trouble area is my butt. It's not big, it just isn't firm and it definitely needs more muscle. If someone could steer me to the right muscle work that would be awesome!

Currently I am doing squats and lunges with weights and band work in my office, but there is a gym across the street that has some weights and machines in it that I would like to make use of. They are in the process of building a HUGE wellness center that will have a better set up, but it won't be ready until March.

Anywho, if someone out there has any expertise that they could share with me, I would be eternally grateful!!

If you haven't started training consistently yet I would strongly recommend you DO NOT take any hormones even at age 44.. Take 6 months and bust your ass, follow a solid beginner program that emphasizes power and multipoint movements 3-4 days a week. Go to a dr. and have your test levels checked.

Guage your results from the beginning, if your eating enough and making size and strength gains than no need for hormones. You need to understand how your body works and recovers under consistent training before you introduce things like AAS and HGH other wise you'll get little to nothing out of the $$$ you spent shooting drugs - You would be better off just having plastic surgery and muscle implants at that point because all your gains will be temporary.

Without a foundation the house is unstable.. AAS and HGH are like building a 3rd floor onto a two story house. You make sure the foundation and second floor are solid first. If you build a 3rd floor as your foundation you will suffer the consequences.

ps. HGH would be run 2-6iu per day 5-6 days a week for 3-12 months. And that is after you've reached your natural potential. So I'm not sure what your definition of "EXTENSIVE" research is.

Thank you so much, I do appreciate the thoughtfulness and time that you put into this reply, but I have been seeing a personal trainer for 2 years this April. He has been awesome, but after two years we have come to the conclusion that I am as defined as I am going to get without any "intervention" Smile

So, since last year I have been doing a LOT of research. The good news is I am not starting at zero, I am in decent shape and workout at least 4 times a week, I would like to add some more focus on weights and just a moderate amount of muscle.

Really cool of you to shoot straight with me though Smile

I think the 100lb female you are talking to is more interested in the toning and anti-aging aspects. Although it's never a bad idea to get your hormone panels done first.

LOL!! Spot on, I am looking gain enough muscle to help prevent osteoperosis and develope a "juicier" butt ;)

Also, the research that I have found does point to better skin overall so that would be a HUGE bonus.

Spanks!

lol shows my ignorance. I just assumed it was a dude with a chick as his photo as some do. the line about wanting a better ass should have tipped me off, but hey I try not to judge.. Ooops!

I read it twice and scratched my head a bit. The Gh and a decent routine will really tone her up.

Arbin's picture

LOL!! So I take it your butt is not YOUR problem area?? Biggrin

K.Bear210's picture

haha ahh no. Actually years of powerlifting (heavy squats + deadlifts) has made for a big caboose.

in all seriousness If thats your problem, doing heavy dead lifts (no more than 5 reps) and deep (just below parallel) heavy squats 20-5 reps will build it up. Concentrate on using those glute muscles to emerge from the bottom position of the lifts and then flex at the top. (most women, my wife included, have a fear of getting too big by using heavy weights which is nonsense. It takes serious amounts of testosterone to build muscle especially freaky female muscle so unless your taking that: Train heavy, fear not. You could can train twice as hard as a teenage boy and barely put an inch of muscle on you will likely get leaner and toner whereas he would gain mass and size doing the same workout.

Dead lifts w/heavy and low reps. Check! I will give it a go, thanks a bunch- you guys have been a HUGE help Smile

(I have not tried this approach before)

don't forget the squats too! and do a lot of research to make sure your form is on point.

Will do!

As far as dosing and branding, are you able to get and planning on running Pharma? If you get Hygetropin from sources here, your dosing plan looks ok. I wouldn't take any days off for the first 3 weeks though. Then move to the 1.5 after 4 weeks if your body has gotten used to the sides. If pharma, you may be able to start at .75 iu.

Exercises, lunges and squats are the best things to do. Hit the resistance cardio. Stairs are best for glutes and overall legs but the ellipticals are great all around. At intervals, raise up on your toes and work your calves. Don't cruise, get your heart rate up. Add in a nice overall body plan to build lean muscle and stretch.

Welcome to the forum.

Hello! Thank you so very much for the simple breakdown, it means a LOT to an old dog trying to learn a new trick!

When you say pharma, do you mean an Rx? If so, then no I will be acquiring from here.

One more question, is there a difference between yellow, green or brown tops?

Also, I read an article (if I can find it again I will post here) that (for women) walking on a treadmill at an incline - BACKWARDS - hits the minor and med glutes in a way that is hard to do otherwise? I think the article was in Shape....what do you think? Supposedly since women carry weight differently then men it is harder for women to target those lessor glute muscles....blah, blah, blah.

What's your take on that? I want to give it a try but our gym is at work and there are cameras everywhere so if campus police is going to make fun of me, I want it to be worth it!

Thanks again for I the good info, that is exactly the kind of input I was hoping for:)

Green and browns are one Hygetropin company's vial covers. 100iu=10iu per vial and 200iu=8iu per vial. I think there are 3 producers of Hygetropin now. I have only used the browns. Stick with the hygetropin or riptropin and you should be happy. Use a high ranked source on the source page. You should probably get the 8iu since your small dosage will leave your Gh reconstituted past the recommended time. No worries there though. I think yellow and black are another Hygetropin's tops.

I must have missed that article...hehe. I wonder if it'll work for me. We could all use a juicier butt. Sounds good though I wouldn't call it cardio. Mix it up or it gets boring quickly. But walking backward should be amusing. Stretching is a great prevention for osteoporosis.

Arbin's picture

Ok, I think I get it now, the color does not indicate strength, it's an indicator for quantity measured in IUs.

Thanks for the info, makes total sense now.

I will let you know if the whole "juicey butt-backwards walk" actually works =]

It's weird you should mention the stretching, I have recently just started a nightly and morning stretching routine. I used to do it religiously but then for about two years my commute doulbed and it kind of fell to the wayside. But I totally LOVE to stretch, it's almost a form of meditation for me!

Thanks again for your insight!

It's also an indicator of different brands. When gathering your materials, get bacteriostatic water to reconstitute your HGH. This will keep the GH active for around 15 days. So your small doses won't matter. Sterile water is only good for 5 days max. Read up on the side effects and prepare yourself.

Yeah, stretching is meditative. I throw in some yoga moves. Back home, some big dudes at Golds used to laugh at me a bit. The last time i saw them they amble around whereas I am still spry.

Arbin's picture

I was looking at the green tops, the have the 8 IUs you mentioned before. Any experience with those? The same place vending those also offers the brown tops in the 10 IUs. Thanks for tip on the water, I had no idea there was a difference.

Is there a better method between IM and SQ? I am assuming since I haven't seen it mentioned that IV is not a method that is used....

I really appreciate you taking the time to give up all of this info Smile

PS - you are so smart for the yoga! Flexibility helps keep a person young in their golden years, I am convinced of it!!

Tennessee's picture

If you use bac water, it won't matter btw green or brown. So i'll change what i said. Start off with just 100 iu(brown) to make sure it's right for you. That way you're not out extra cash and your first 100 will probably last you 3 months.

Im or SQ opens a debate. Personally, i see no reason to do IM. If there are benefits, they're minor. However, if you have a welt reaction to the bac or HGH, switching to IM may prevent it but i would just weather it till it clears using SQ.

Get 1/2" 30g neeedles. I load one pin and use it 3 times. I wouldn't do that IM.

Wow! That is some good info, thanks a bunch Smile this stuff can be pretty mystifying and sure do appreciate your insight.
