Week off, change gym.

Some nice new ladies to look at always helps. I changed gym about 4 months ago, did me good.

I read your brief intro. I can tell you that when I use to train with my girl like you said you train with your wife. I could not push myself or get a good pump. I would suggest hitting the gym solo or with a buddy who is in beast mode to get you back in the grind. Also if your on a cutting cycle your levels may need a boost. Any pre-work out supps?

Daylight savings bro, alot of ppl go thru a grim transition. As strange as it sounds tanning could help

SAD - Seasonal Affected Disorder. Apparently it's a medical fact that more people suffer with depression during the winter months.

Personally, I have a condition that makes me depressed all of the time I'm at work, yet miraculously cures itself as soon as I leave.....

It's funny, I've been feeling the same way lately. I'm just tired all the time and the funny thing is that I'm on at the moment. Maybe we do need a few days off.

i would take 3-4 days off. this has happened to most of us, just eventually passes.
