Most persecuted people at this moment in Arabic countries are Christians, yet there are hardly any of them around. I understand your anger, I feel most of the time same. Yet, I still know people that are Muslims and they are ok, and people that are not Muslims but are complete thrash. It's Islam that I loathe. People are good and bad everywhere...that does not mean though that we should just roll over and let things go bad. No, we need to fight for our non Muslim existence and our own cultural heritage. It's worth saving. It's about human rights, as Islam offers none to unbelievers. I do agree with the welcome refugees part, they are disgusting, clueless humans who would be killed in a second if theyd be in the jungle as these people have no natural instincts to survive without the safety of a modern day society. Their naivity will kill our western values.

I cannot get enough appalled at how the EU is managing the whole thing. Those bureaucrats at Brussels are just throwing money at Erdogan, in a lazy attempt to stop the flow there. Anyone with sufficient common sense can expect, as a logical consequence, the main route for refugees will just divert elsewhere - ie southern Europe, mainly Italy via boats from northern Africa.
The trash bin of Europe, you know... we (I'm Italian) are experiencing this crisis from a long time before it hit the news. The EU didn't give a f**k until Germany got directly involved. Yet, they are blaming us for not doing enough...
It´s not the people blaming you guys, EU is shit. I´m from Scandinavia and i dont hear anyone blaming Italy...maybe Greece but not Italy. We know you guys are in unfair situation, everybody here accuses Merkel and other EU leaders ,ours included . Close borders.. well you see there is a little "technical" issue. Italy got THOUSANDS KILOMETERS of sea coastline. Our coastguard does enough of a good job patrolling them, but there is no way to isolate ourselves. What people are calling for, naturally, is stricter controls at the borders fronting central Europe.
Also, the average Italian is rather xenophobe. Immigration is considered a worse problem than financial crisis. Unemployment is widespread, and that apply to "refugees" too. If they cannot work, what are going to do instead? Someone eventually finds an honest work an even manage to integrate. The rest (most) get involved with petty crime, some get recruited by Mafia, but rather violent crimes hit the news everyday. People are really, really, angry over this, because all that gov does is feeding them with taxpayer money. Our streets used to be safe, but nowadays are no more. So no, general view on immigration is nowhere positive.

Can you name a political party or politician that tries to make a change in Italian politics so that stricter refugee policies are to be made? just searching for info as i don`t know much of Italian politics at all,i know AfD in Germany, Le Pen in France, Wildeers in Holland, True Finns in Finland, SwedishDemocrats in Sweden.
I think the Italain coastguard should just do same as Australians do, do not save and bring them at mainland Italy.

To our European friends, WTF? What have you done to yourselves? I am 52 and had not been to the continent for about 15 years. The change was bad enough back when I was 33 but I was there for business and did not pay much attention to your streets.
On my first trip, I was 17 and the only non-"European" flavour I noticed were Moroccans running around Amsterdam with bricks of hash under their arms.
Wellllll, I just returned from a 17 day trip and again, WTF. I can go on and on but suffice to say, Europe is finished, done. If I cared enough I would cry.
What is believed that more and more white people will leave and move towards east Europe. This is the consensus right now. I don't know it that will be the case because for example, Hungary that has had one of the most sensible refugee policy has still large Islamic minority as does Russia. Maybe Ukraine, Poland and Baltics will be the countries native european minorities( once this happens )will start to move towards to.
I've about to lost my motivation to build my country, if I live old enough to start collecting pension money i'll move to Thailand and spend the rest of my days there spending my money there and not here. I'll still have to pay taxes for sure but that still better than spend it all here. I wish I could move away right now but it's almost impossible with kids and low education that I have. I will try to convince my kids to move away once they'll get as good education as possible. I won't except the fact that this whole situation is paid by my kids and their kids. They're smarter than I am and they have better family environment than I ever had so i have faith in them.

We still don`t know the full story on this,...but adult men posing with preteens that are not part of their families and their social media interactions are alarming to normal people, but not to the "welcome refugees" nut cases.

Good point. In just a decade Sweden became the rape capital of Europe. I just don't understand what is going on there. They opened the borders and silenced anyone who was critical of that policy and now they are reeling in the political consequences. Maybe they don't study European history? Maybe they forgot that Islamists conquered much of Spain and southern Europe and were at the gates of Vienna before they were pushed back? Europe is in real trouble. I would expect to see nationalist movements capture many political seats in coming elections in a political backlash from these policies.
Not to be a bigot, I am sure that the large majority of the people coming over are simply economic refugees but the risk is too great. Germany took in almost a million. What are the chances that even .001% of these are trained military operatives? That would be a thousand trained, dangerous terrorists. That could wreak havoc on the stability of the EU. Once they are in and they have paperwork they are free to travel within Europe and getting passports and Visas to the US is a fairly simple task. ISIS has already bragged that they are using the refugee crisis to infiltrate the EU
