Not so fast Comrade

LMAO! I don't even need to translate that. It isn't going to happen bro.

Yes, I am super pissed about super delegates and when the GOP sticks it to Trump that will also be bullshit , even if I do not blame them one bit on the Trump front. If Bernie wins the regular delegate count (and it is starting to look like he will) many of the superdelegates will jump ship on Clinton. If they give her the nod when he won it will hurt their party terribly and they know it. So I have a feeling that just like with Obama they will leave her as a sacrifice at the alter.

I have to agree 100%.

On a side note, I've tried here and there to see how many attempts it would take to call out 5 consecutive coin tosses. I got bored after about 20 tries. I never did succeed.

I am thinking of changing your name to Comrade Steve..

Biggrin i appreciate most of Steveb`s links and even agree with many of his opinions but sometimes..

Jokes aside, i wonder how far has this reached, Newsweek for instance relied only on 2 pro-putin supporters for this article; http://europe.newsweek.com/finish-military-preparing-900000-reservists-c...
They released it originally without any questions as these two traitors presented themselves as some kind of experts.

That is why you have to question everything these days, on both sides. The media for the most part is operating with an agenda or pushing their own propaganda.

A friend of mine did her degree in journalism and was tought this quote "if it bleeds it reads". That's as much as I really want to get involved with this entire discussion. This one is something I get very ramped up about.

Come on guys, stop watching the news. Haven't you ever heard of operation mockingbird? CIA is the real terrorist.

THE_MECHANIC's picture

This was awesome. They showed up with rifles and body armor and got a haircut with a .45. Sorry bastards didn't kill a single person. The swat team just happened to be nearby, haha. I heard the local authorities got word that they were likely to attack the event and were waiting for them. Moral of the story- don't fuck with Texas!

Drop-set's picture

The liberals are already blaming Trump and he's not even president yet. Guess 8 years of blaming Bush is finally winding down?

Pale's picture

Bush will always be at fault for Iraq. We were lied to as a nation and as a world, Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld. Cost our nation trillions of dollars but even worse thousands of American and coalition lives. Are you okay with that Rusty?

Pale's picture

Obviously you are not as schooled on what happened as you proclaim, lol. Osama Bin Laden was in Afghanistan. We actually gave the Taliban a chance to turn him over which they refused, so we legitimately attacked. Now Rusty, where the fuck does Iraq fit in? That's right, they didn't. Now you want to play the game with us here you better practice up instead of bullshit like this. You just come across as foolish.

Had the war been completed without red tape, we wouldn't be seeing europe in its current state of distress. And guaranteed it will be here as well. Thanks to the lame duck pacification attempts by shalaka shazam nobama, reid and pelozi. Kissing ass surely allowed this to escalate.

And nato, thats a joke as well. We put more money into nato than any country on earth to then have to politely ask permission. Meanwhile nato does crap other than written threats with no follow thru.

Pale's picture

LOL, so you put up a fox news article from 2003! Oh man, I am going to be nice and just shake my head and walk away.

Pale's picture

Well thankfully I truly believe the majority of America knows he would be a catastrophic mistake, hell, even his own party knows he would be a catastrophic mistake. Hopefully you will take some time to reevaluate why you actually support this guy and alter course.

Pale's picture

Steve, notice all the bold writing is stuff that dude added to the "declassified report". I am not bothering with the rest of it. Any of us could do the same it wouldn't make it any more relevant.

And as far as Trump I am not too concerned. He is not going to be president.

PIN_CUSHION's picture

I think the bold facing was done to highlight certain points. It's part of the actual report.

Pale's picture

Which US generals was that?

Pale's picture

That is true, you haven't convinced me. And you said generals, as in plural. Where?

Pale's picture

And General Flynn. https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/head-of-pentagon-...

Critics said that his management style could be chaotic and that the scope of his plans met resistance from both superiors and subordinates. At the same time, his tenure was marked by significant turbulence, including the fallout from the classified intelligence files leaked by former intelligence contractor Edward Snowden, as well as other emerging crises.

“His vision in DIA was seen as disruptive,” said a former Pentagon official who worked closely with Flynn. At the DIA, Flynn sought to push DIA analysts and operators “up and out of their cubicles into the field to support war fighters or high-intensity operations,” the former official said. “I’m not sure DIA sees itself as that.”

Flynn clashed with other high-ranking officials, including Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence Michael G. Vickers. Officials said Flynn had opposed Vickers’ efforts to make significant cuts to large intelligence centers established to support the U.S. military’s regional overseas commands. A former CIA operative, Vickers has sought to model the DIA’s training and overseas presence more closely on its civilian counterpart, according to current and former U.S. officials.

The plan has encountered significant opposition on Capitol Hill, particularly from members of the Senate Armed Services Committee who have voiced concern over the cost of creating the Defense Clandestine Service, and questioned whether Pentagon spies would end up being used to fill intelligence gaps that are supposed to be handled by the CIA.

Flynn’s departure, which has been rumored for weeks, was set in motion earlier this year when Clapper informed him that the administration had concluded that a leadership change was necessary, officials said. Others described it as a mutual agreement that Flynn would step down.

Flynn was a key player in U.S. military efforts to dismantle insurgent networks in Iraq and Afghanistan, an approach that relied heavily on combining U.S. Special Operations forces with intelligence operatives and analysts.

I knew it made no sense that he had such a stellar career and then all of a sudden got the boot. As far as his knowledge of ISIS he was out of the job before they really took hold. I am sure he has ideas but I highly doubt they were his focus either when he readily admits Afghanistan was.

And another showing Flynn is a kook.
http://mediamatters.org/video/2016/02/12/cnns-jake-tapper-repeatedly-cha...

Pale's picture

And again, he was out before ISIS really blew up. He was also by his own words focused on Afghanistan, but you are so hung up that you cannot even acknowledge these two simple truths. To say that we "created" ISIS by intent is ludicrous and just shows your complete detachment from reality.

Pale's picture

And this dude is obviously a disgruntled former employee who fucked his own stellar career and now has an axe to grind. Believe him however much you like.
