I like them.. I'm more of a work to failure kinda guy. I just stared weights on some areas that were injured ie hamstring.

I was extremely surprised that I could do double the weight I assumed I could do.
after warmup i did a single leg hamstring curl of 120 for 8 reps. This amazed me Because the muscle was tore in September time frame. I was working so much that I missed more than a few physical therapys.

I did use the mentality he was using of lift heavy for reps but not to failure. I'm moving right along. I will be stronger this year than ever. I have more war injuries than you can shake a corpsman at, But I am working through them better than ever. I really want my hamstrings to become a focus this year. If I had paid more attention to them I wouldnt have ripped it.

I was attacked from behind. WHile guarding my face belly down I stood up with a much larger man on my back. Turned around and then of course people jumped between us before I could destroy him
Shit happens. Lesson learned. Train my hammys like everything else. I guess With all my cardio legs work I should have been train strength more also
