EBC SPRING 2013 RECOMP!
This might be my favorite because it's a recomp and its the quickest way to actually look bigger and better and maybe lose weight! Goal here is pretty simple, get bigger in the right places and smaller in the wrong places, that's recomp...moving around weight essentially. 2 inches wider at the shoulders, popped the lats and dropped 2 belt sizes with bigger legs, you have a nice chance of placing.
While it will not be a rule, you will do yourself a big favor to use the same background and lighting in before and after poses. Judges can dock you points if its hard to get good read on the differences.
DO NOT PM ME asking for special considerations as to entry times close deadlines etc. We all have problems and the rules are very simple with plenty of warning. You make the cut or you don't we're all grown ups! Pic requests are specific and simple, get them right or you don't play.
All contestants will be judged by a judges panel and all prizes will be coordinated and awarded by an outside panel no affiliated with Eroids or Eroids members including staff, managment or owner. Distribution is then the sole responsibility of the source sponsor directly to participant.

I have all my pics did all the poses BUT I could not find a USA today paper ANYWHERE in my lame ass small town. I drove 30 mins to the mall bookstore, 7 different walgreens/riteaid/cvs, 4 difft grocery stores, kmart, donut shops I literally spend 2 hours today looking where to get USA today AT.
Gonna keep looking tonight after I hit the gym, hopefully I can find it.

Thats exactly what im doin... The site Newseum has a pic of the front page of every newspaper world wide. Just do a search to find the USA today.. But i believe the USA today is only published Mon-Fri cause its not on that site today and it was yesterday.

I googled.. NEWSEUM FRONTPAGE. Its not on there now thats the reason i say they might not publish it on the weekend. They had it there on friday thats what leads me to believe that.

So I decided I wanted to do a front lat spread for my pic of choice. The problem is it looks A LOT like the required most muscular with the hands on side.
Maybe I'm just posing wrong (actually I most likely am) but they look similar. Just wanted to see if that's okay.
I will practice my posing and will have it down by the after pics.
tread-mYou actually get 2 pics of choice so you could roll a rear double too if you wish. Think the poses through, you want to show the most amount of recomp you can.
Yea rear double bi is my other. Alright thanks. I'll post the pics tomorrow and you can let me know if It's too similar. Some of my other poses came out real nice like my rear lat spread and front double bi. Its just those 2 (most muscular side hands, and front lat spread) that sort of look alike
It's hard because there are many variations to poses, I'm young never competed before so this is all new to me
Normally the front lat spread will have higher hand position with thumbs hooked in above love handles.

gotcha, yea I think I will try to get my hand placement right in the after pics. Nothing too major though maybe like an inch or 2. It's difficult because there are many variations with all these poses
