+ 1 Do you need HGH to get huge?
ad
Hi guys, if I were to finish getting to 15% body fat I would like to run a cycle. To get to a pro size is gear, nutrition and training enough or do you need HGH to actually maintain that much extra tissue? Or can you do it with gear alone. My thoughts are eventually you would need extra HGH to maintain. Wanted to check with you guys before doing anything!

I think gaining open class bodybuilder size is all in one's genes.
I eat mainly shit and burn it all off, I have to over eat just to maintain weight.
I used to work with an ex pro rugby player, taking no gear whatsoever and 3 weight sessions a week maintained a half decent 120kg physique. This was just eating like a normal healthy person would eat. 5k calories of quality clean food would of been like 200mg cycle for someone like that. Itried to turn him to the dark side, even for free and he wasn't interested unfortunately. I had delusions of building a frankenstein lol. He'd of been massive.
Definitely. I've seen this example many times. Some may not believe your comment but hey I know for a fact it's possible. Seen it way too many times.
I have a couple friends that went for their pro cards years ago. These guys were in incredible shape, magazine quality for the time. BIG and absolutely shredded. One didn’t get past regionals, the other placed very low at the nationals. There’s so much they want to see for the pro cards. It’s a very tough gig. Shit, these two were impressive by today’s standards really. But nope. No tickey no raundry.
O yeah alot of politics involved no doubt. Honestly I've never wanted to be a competitive bodybuilder. They go through way too much stuff and not to mention all that preparation. Lol I'll stick to MOVING THAT HEAVY ASS RUSTY IRON!
Every time I see the name Rusty I post this (until a mod yells at me)
Lmao I see you keep posting this pic. Dude looks like a straight cartoon character! I can't get this pic out of my head.
To be fair, and realistic, the guy in this pic may be in better shape than you know who…
I looked at this pic for at least 5 minutes. Strange looking fella I'll tell ya. Looks like ole Hooker moved on. No telling what he's up to.
I keep coming back to look at it, it’s mesmerizing. I zoom in on the face too.
Haha same here. Just bizarreness all the way! My focus is on his lower body and face. It's almost cartoonish looking!
That's him!!!!! 100%
RUSTY
Lol man, that’s just wrong.
Maybe wrong in a right kind of way lol!
That’s probably what he really looks like
You know everyone was talking about his yellow shorts pic but I've only seen one pic of him. It was a back shot of him. He seemed to be really holding his arms out wider to make his lats look bigger.
His 18.5 inch arms at 5’4”. Or so he claimed. I don’t think so, he wouldn’t have been able to wipe his own ass.
I’m sure his stats were never true, but Nick Walker is what, 5’7? And has 22in arms if not bigger. Top 3 in the world but still, just to make a point. I think he can wipe his own ass, lol.
Obviously couldn’t brush his teeth
Lol
My wife just asked me what I’m laughing like an idiot at, yeah, your comment. I mean, you’re right, it absolutely could be. I’m still laughing thinking about the possibility.
And that's the crazy part. We've heard so many things that we don't know what is what with that guy.
This just looks like another account owned by the same member that's been doing this for years.
Good catch press
The posts that go up always follow the same method of progression from 'Put on a load of weight this bulk cycle to Gonna start training soon but haven't got round to it yet lol' & it just repeats itself. Often accompanied by a weird homo'ish avatar such as a cartoon reindeer or teddy bear Lmao.
Do you mean like these guys?

For Sure.
First is you need to realize if you have the genetics to get to "pro size". You can take all the gear in the world, eat, take growth hormone and everything else under the sun and may never achieve this.
I didn't take growth hormone until I was training and using gear for about 15 year. I got as big as I possibly could without it and held the muscle I gained for a long time before I took GH. Can it help push you beyond you natural genetic potential? Yes it can but not to the extent you would hope for and you need to use it for long periods of time and this is costly and pose risk of Thier of own. GH is most beneficial to a already developed matured muscle physique, or for low dose for the older HRT guys. My advice would be to wait until you have maxed out your potential with using proper nutrition, training and lastly, steroids.
HGH is just icing on the cake. Kind of pointless without the cake
Speaking of cake.......
Had some leftover red velvet birthday for breakfast this morning. Shot my GH and then chowed down some cake. Breakfast of champions.
I went crazy on tiramisu the other night
^THIS^
Gear and food should get you all the size you really need. If you want to use hgh for major gains you’re going to be spending a lot of money, probably 8-10iu pharma grade hgh per day although some guys do double that (I’m not recommending you do that, I like it at 4iu). Plenty of big guys use a little growth but most of them will tell you the bulk of their size they built before adding growth.
Also to use hgh in that fashion requires exogenous hormone use of the hormone that we don’t talk about on the open forum because hgh at that dose is going to desensitize you to your own production and you start running the risk of developing pre diabetes.
I think a better question would probably be what do I need to do to get to pro open class BB size, if that’s your goal, post up a self shot and you’ll get better advice.
I’ve been running it for about two years, and I’m definitely not huge, LOL. My level of respect for anyone in better shape than me has increased more than ever. I know how hard I train, but lack the dietetic discipline to get to where I really want to be. Although, thanks to Eroids, I learn more every day, get closer to achieving my goals. I remember the days at looking at some jacked up dude and think to myself “He’s definitely running HGH”. These days I look at those guys in admiration of how hard they break their ass to look like that
The harder I try the more respect I gain as well, there’s definitely a tolerance for pain and discomfort to get to the condition some of the guys achieve on here. Definitely have my full respect and admiration. The granite hard look just isn’t in my cards.
Do you need HGH to get huge?
No, but you do need a consistent training regimen, a solid diet plan (and discipline to stay on it), exemplary work ethic, adequate sleep, focus AND determination.
And lets face it, most of us are never going to get really huge because we just lack the genetics for it. Doesn't mean we can't try though
You need to take yourself out of the equation, Bro, because you’re one of my role models, LOL. Although, I’m sure you’re still trying to reach your goals as well.
If anything you're the role model for these guys. We all strive. What works for someone may not work for someone else. It's figuring your body out and trying to maximize its genetic potential, that's all it is. It takes time no doubt. But well worth it. Lol not to be negative but alot of these guys aren't very realistic.
Facts....genetics....absolutely. Try and try again I will
It's like pushing ice before building the cake (^_^)
Yep. Just like always skipping leg days, with the thought of brisk walks in the park is enough to put on mass in the legs
DamikeMy apartment is on the 3rd floor so 3 flights of steps everyday should give me Tom Platz legs right? ;)
LOL I'm in the same position as you - when our lift breaks for a few weeks which it often does I am forced to do 6 flights of stairs every time and boy do I get a lot fitter. After a few weeks of it training becomes so much easier!
Only if you do it about twenty time per day. Your body is probably use to doing two three times per day. You would have to do ten 5-10 to exhaustion to actually see growth from hit. Will definitely keep your legs fit though
DamikeYeah def. I was just being joking around replying to diesel saying he knows people at the gym that don't train legs bc they do brisk walks etc lol. Living on the 3rd floor helps a bit but I def still need a leg day with the weights every week.
Nahh I wouldn't say that, especially if you don't have the genetics for it. However if you do then lifting weights and walking stairs will indeed develop your legs and they will grow very well. Now maybe not like Tom Platz but still...
True story.. Guy in the gym earlier this week was telling all the teenie boppers in the gym that he doesn't need to do legs because he rides his bike alot.
And we’ve all seen those massive bike rider legs in their spandex on the side of the road, SMH.
