So I got carried away on my last bulk. I have 90lbs of fat right now and need to lose 70-80lbs fat this year so I can go on another bulk and get the gains. I’m planning on eating 2000 calories a day with cardio and sauna. If I drop 3-4lbs a week I’ll be done with this in 6-7 months! Time to drop the fat and prepare for the next growth phase

You need to reevaluate how you are bulking. Bulking means gaining muscle not fat. If done correctly your body composition should actually become better since you will gain more muscle than fat. You will gain some fat but gain more muscle than fat so the net result is a body comp. The worst thing you can do for your body is what I call a dirty bulk.
