Importance of food / cut to bulk
ad
Hi all,
I’m currently cutting down from 257 to about 190-200 with abs. I’m then going to start a bulk to gain mass, probably to about 250 with some fat gain then cut that off. I was wondering if anyone could chime in on if anyone likely gets huge without eating huge. Thanks in advance,

OneinamillionAbsolutely! It is possible to gain muscle mass without eating huge amounts of food. The key is to focus on eating quality, nutrient-dense foods and to ensure that you are getting enough protein and calories to support your muscle-building goals. Additionally, make sure to get plenty of rest and to incorporate a consistent weight training program into your routine. With the right combination of diet, rest, and exercise, you can achieve your goals without having to eat huge amounts of food. Good luck!
I salute you for your lofty goal

Lifted-presence92It’s extremely important that’s why you hear pros talking about eating till the pretty much feel sick if they gotta do it at their size gotta do it to get big no matter what your size is.

No. Nobody likely gets huge without eating huge.
My old bulking diet was steak for breakfast, steak for dinner, chicken and rice every two hours in between. Every 3 hours works fine as well. The volume of clean food is the key, not cheat meals.

Eating like shit is not bulking. You'll have to get your eating habits on point. Cut out the bull shit. Eat protein protein protein lol Increase fat intake, good fats of course and keep carbs somewhat lowish. Some people over do it with carbs and wonder why they can't lean out. No point in keeping carbs super high if you aren't training correctly. You can't grow without food. I know for some it blows ass but drink water and lots of it.

Food is the most anabolic thing in our arsenal. No growth occurs without it, regardless of how much steroids you take/inject.
Diet will always dictate your results, not the drugs. Goal dependent of course, but same nevertheless. It boils down to the Quality of the food you are consuming. Eat junk, and results will be junk. Eat top quality and results will be such. Good luck
