HERE WE GO ! The summer free for all will be just that, a free for all and you will get to choose what your goal will be.
I will say this, it would be smart to use a standard goal such as recomp, cutter, bulker, stage ready etc etc etc. To just make up a goal that's not something standard might actually confuse a judge or all judges in that nothing to compare it to, nothing to reflect on. Stick to standard goals in fitness/ body building and it will serve you well.
Follow the compettion rules, give me 5 of the poses below with one extra pic containing the USA Today (6 pics total).
Give me a brief yet precise description of your cycle and goal and then BOOM, GET TO WORK!!!
- Opening pics deadline will be July 5th, 2013 at midnight CST
- Closing pics must be identical to opening and deadline is September 15th, 2013 CST.

my morning shake 1hr after fasted cardio is 4 scoops whey / half cup whole oats / banana / 2 cups skim milk
which is all my carbs for the day =(

Today was the make or break point. I looked in the mirror and could not believe my eyes.I started at 235 and did not want to jump on the scale till the half way mark but my look had change so much so far that I am shocked. So I checked the scale and I am 223, down 12 pounds. Mostly water weight from bloat but still has changed my physique.
So I decided since I am ahead to have my first cheat meal, spent a few hours making nice ribs, pasta, salads and the works, including desert. When the meal was served. I looked at it and an overwhelming emotion came over me and anxiety and nervousness and I could not do it. Did not even take a bite, nearly broke down ( go ahead call me a sissy, lol) So I settled for my 12 egg whites, tomato, lettuce and diet ginger ale.
I want to win so bad that I will stay firm and now my confidence is through the roof, I will prove to myself I can over come this great challenge

YES TRUE, what I want to win is the knowledge that I did the most I could have possibly be done, if that lands me in 10th place then I will be the happiest man alive, because I understand that I accomplished my goals and that's what it is all about. In my mind though I feel if I stick to my game plan, no one can out do me, but that is my competitive spirit not me taking anything away from anyone here, we are all warriors.

i found when i started regularly working out with a buddy of mine my bench went up dramatically, knowing i had a spotter there for a lift off and in case i can't lift the weight was a big help to me
No, by myself. Id thought that myself, having someone to spot me a couple extra reps would definitely make improvements. But not even 1 of my mate's trains, ive tried to convince 1 or 2 but the're lazy.
There is something satisfying about unracking, repping then knowing ive got to get it be able to. rerack the bar by myself.

if i were you i'd strike up a conversation with somebody who really lifts at your gym and try and find a workout partner though, i know it's been a big help to me personally
