International Order landed - Thanks bro... Came thru big time with the crap we are dealing with.

Got a question for my seasoned vets here.

I am about 3 months in to my planned 6 month go of GH(my first cycle btw), I am supposed to start adding my 12 week test/tren cycle now.

Obviously I have no access to gym, my workouts are limited to resistance bands, pull ups, dips and I have a few light dumbbells. Heavy dead-lifts , squats , presses are out the question

What advice would you give, Should I continue as planned even though my workouts are going to suck? Should I quit everything until this shit passes? Or should I just continue the HGH for now? Feel like if I stop the GH now the last 3 months goes down the drain.

What would you guys do? What are you doing? Guys in midcycle when the gyms closed, did you see it all the way through Did you stop?

Thanks bros. Hope everyone is hanging in there mentally. Watching gains disappear is damn near traumatizing.

Im stop my juice and running hcg 500i.u. 2 x weekly and 100 mg test 2 x weekly training at home with basics barbell and dumbbell until gyms open again. However if i was running GH, i would continue and continue to eat and do whatever home workouts i can do. The GH will do its job with cell proliferation and differential and oxidize fat! Which means the creation of new baby muscle cells, which in a few months when gyms are open, you can mature these new cells into growth with proper training and then adding in the a.a.s. will volumize these new cells into big cells. GH isn't immediate results but can push you past plateau especially with igf-1 in the mix!

Lol, Welcome, brothers helping brothers. Trust me you can maintain gains pretty easily, im actually was in need of a break from the heavy duty training. To be honest, i have a pull up bar, a steel step bench i use for work, barbell and 2 dumbbell handles with 100 lbs of weights in 10, 5, 2.5 lbs plates. I actually am able to get sore and a sick pump with just this. It's humbling, and i haven't lost 1 pound since the gyms been closed.

This question bothers most of my customers indeed.

I personally know and believe that by altering the training approach, and using higher intensity techniques (lower rest periods, super-sets, cluster sets, more frequent workouts as well as whole body intensive sessions etc...) you may challenge your body to a proper degree, exposed it to new stimulus, and actually enable proper connective tissue rejuvenation as heavy loads such as in heavy benches, deadlifts and squat are avoided.
Hence you may and should continue the plan and you'll be surprised from the results (if investing the proper efforts in training and optimal nutrition)

How ever if you do need to concentrate on strength gains, or u prepared to a show tehn you may wait and to incorporate the steroids till gyms are open, how ever don't stop the GH regime that you started, GH needs proper time in your body to fulfill its potential to it's a shame to suddenly stop it

Thanks bud. Appreciate the opinion. I will keep running the GH. Maybe ill just do a lower dose test cycle. I hate to say it...but it may be a long time before these gyms open up depending on where you are. I am in NY. We'll be one of the last to have our gyms re-open.
