First Cycle- opinions/suggestions welcomed!
I'll give you a little background information in myself. I am nearly 24 - 5'11" -195 lbs. I have about 4 years of experience in the gym not counting my high school years, with one year of time off from the gym in which I gained a significant amount of weight due to classes, work, and let's be honest- laziness. I put on about 40 lbs and got up to a very fat 235 lbs.
I have dropped all of the weight I gained in the last year and now I'm looking to add some test and put on some muscle and continue to lean out.
I placed my first order after careful deliberation on which shop to use from eroids and I chose to go with Test E 300 and to make things easy I am going to run 600 milligrams a week split into two doses early Monday morning and later Thursday evening. I have also ordered aromasin. I think I'll be waiting to start this until the end of the first or second week unless I begin noticing any estrogen sides, which I'm doubting I will before then. I also have nolvadex and clomid for pct after a 12 week cycle. I will run the clomid at 100/100/50/50 and the nolvadex at either 50/50/25/25 or the more typical 40/40/20/20. If you guys think the latter is going to be better for me let me know and I'll just go buy a scale and use my math skills to divide them up as they come in 25 mg caps.
My workout schedule:
Monday: Chest. Cardio for 1 hour.
Tuesday: Biceps and Triceps. Cardio for 1 hour.
Wednesday: Core. Cardio for 1 hour.
Thursday:Shoulders/Rotator cuffs. Cardio for 1 hour.
Friday: Back. Cardio for 1 hour.
Saturday: Legs. No cardio (obviously)
Sunday: Rest
Diet:
Breakfast:
3 whole eggs 3 egg whites
2 turkey sausage links.
1 almond butter and sugar free jelly sandwich
Apple
Lunch:
4 oz Chicken breast
1 cup broccoli crowns
1/2 baked sweet potato
2/3 cup mixed frozen veggies
Pear
Dinner:
5 oz Tilapia filet.
1 cup Broccoli crowns
Banana
I drink 2 protein shakes a day 1 between breakfast and lunch and 1 preworkout between lunch and dinner.
I look forward to keeping up with you guys on here and I will start an official log and keep it update weekly as far as gains go. I will also post picture every three weeks starting with a pre picture once I get the log set up.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
P.S. I have copied and pasted this from my post in the introduction section. If you notice it looks familiar that might be why.

Bro, I'm not a snot really and I'm taking time to write this to you not cuz I need typing practice. I got a pet peeve with guys with way sub par 1RMs doing f**ing gear. I was with ya bro until I scrolled down to your response to MrDizzle. Your not even 24 yet. How about these natty numbers for 1RM.
Squat - 455
DL - 500 (OK 495)
BP = 315
Please just get to this point before we start injecting things and hoping for miracles that will not come. U need to do some work bro, sorry.
Are u just genetically weak? You almost 200 lbs. man and u can't DL 315? If u were 6' 8" or somethin with a leverage excuse maybe perhaps but your not. DLs when done properly involve a lot of leg work and your squat is weak - so my brilliant deduction is that your legs are weak. Forget the juice bro. You want to pack on some meat - fix the legs. I don't want to hear about leg press machines in your condition. Squats, squats and more squats all the way down, bro. Do I need to see a picture of your calves? I don't want to beat on you but I have to. The little vials are not going to fix your physique problem bro. Your still producing enough Test (unless you have a lab saying otherwise) to do the work to get where you need to be before u come back here and start talking about steroids. Wow. Not personal bro, we've never met and u probably are a great guy so it can't be personal. It's just about where your at and really bad idea about juicing at this point. It's not going to do for you what you want until you are in much better shape than you are. Meanwhile, it's gonna start doing what juice does to all facets of your health. Is this your vision?
I earned the name GearHead for a reason. It isn't because I don't like gear. For me to tell you flat out not to waste time with gear at any point is contrary to my very nature. But dude, for you, not just quite yet.
GearHead
I don't take this personally. I came here for input from the more experienced fellas on the forum and appreciate you taking time to criticize my technique.
As for my lifts, I don't want to sound like I'm making excuses but as far as squats and dead lift go they're lacking mostly due to lower back problems stemming from 7 years of doing flooring and lifting 300 lb rolls of carpet improperly and being bent over on my knees all day (no homo). But I'm working on finding different ways to improve this. As for bench it's been a couple of months since I've attempted a 1 rep max as I've been focusing more on higher reps to burn as many calories as I can while in the gym for fat loss. There is a strong possibility my bench has improved fairly drastically but most likely not to the numbers you're speaking of.
What's the saying - something like "If a man wants to take steroids, God Himself can't stop him." Close. Your going to do what you want to do anyways. It's a shame, really, cuz - maybe u have some potential as a bodybuilder, for example and u will never know cuz u started shooting the juice too early and that will have the effect of really compromising your ultimate gains in muscle.
Or, maybe u will listen to me and take the gear and the PCT chemicals and the syringes and put them in a drawer for 6 months - go and work out really hard and see where your at and come back. Send me a FR, we can talk offline . . .
NathanDrakeHonestly if you're going to run 600mg of Test E per week I would up the calories a lot to take advantage of it. I would also cut out most of the cardio, or at least track the calories you burn and replace them after. I've always found it easier to bulk first and cut second. You can kinda do both at the same time, just not as efficiently as one at a time. Unless you do some tren
I always bulk, thats just what I do, I like the gorilla look, not the beckham look, but like the stats show 85% of people who take aas and bulk, ask for cutting advice within 6 months! not good advice, especially about the tren, that's just wreckless!!!!
Anonterrible advice!!! WTF DUDE!
valhallas besthttp://www.eroids.com/ebc/turning-flab-into-fab
hit this guy up for adviceon diet and working out....
Thanks for the advice! I will be for sure.
What are your lifts like? As in bench dead and squat? I would get you bf down well below 15 before even considering a cycle. Also the diet you have planned isn't horrible, but personally I would up the protein intake a bit. Try to get another meal or two in..
I definitely mix in bench dead and squat. But I also use a lot of dumbbells cables and such. I could go through my entire routines but I'm on my phone and don't feel like texting all of that out.
Wasn't looking for your routine, just your 1RM for each.
Oh...
Bench: 225
Dead: 295
Squat: 305
Bro, I would really wait to start AAS. You need to get your diet and training down first, and your bf%. No offense, but 4 years in the gym whether you took time off or not, your lifts should be higher than that just by default. Especially at 5'11" and 195lbs.
You multi posted so here is my advice from your other post
Sounds like a good plan and you did research on a good diet plan. So with all this effort why the hell would you add juice at your age? Did you have blood tests run and showed you had low natty test? let me quote you here

I would love to stress the laziness part. Steroids are not a miracle drug that will make you Hulk. Stick with your diet and wait to take juice until your a tad bit older in my opinion. between 18 and 24 years old your body is on max test mode, take advantage of it! Constructive criticism my friend, Head over to the TRT forum and ask some of those guys how they became candidates for a lifetime of pinning. Welcome to Eroids, please enjoy your stay and listen to the best advice you will ever get from some of the reg's.
By the way, what's in the preworkout?
Oh it's just a protein shake ~ an hour before the gym. I probably worded that incorrectly. I used to drink c4 for a workout but I don't really like the stomach problems it was giving me. Was more of a distraction in the gym than anything.
I'll try the calf raises. Sounds like a good idea and makes a lot of sense actually.
Was just wondering about the preworkout cause a lot of them contain tons of stimulants, which makes the heart race and weakens the workout, sure they make you feel jazzed but they are stealing energy from your body. Damn I hate when I get preachy. lol
Good luck
Looks better, at least twice a week. You also may consider this, you can save gym time with your calves doing them any time without weights doing 3 second tiptoes. Tiptoe up in one second, HOLD TITE for one second, let heels down over a second, repeat. Each rep should take 3 seonds to do. Try to do 100 of these, you probably won't make the whole hundred but do it til it hurts. You can use that gym time to do something else. I started doing these and my calves are like rocks. Then when I have extra time at the gym I use weighted reps using the same timing. Again as always, YMMV.
Good luck
How does this sound?
Monday: Chest/Core
Tuesday: Back/Shoulders/Rotator Cuffs
Wednesday: Arms/Calves
Thursday: Chest/Back
Friday: Shoulders/Core
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Off day
I left the leg day to once a week seeing as I'm trying to keep my cardio to 5 days a week and at twice a week I could be missing 2-4 days of cardio. Also my leg routine already takes two hours so to add an hour/hour and a half to that would just be impossible with my school and work schedule.
I'm no expert but it seams to me that working one body part per week is a waste of time and especially gear. I mean really you only grow from work, gear is not going to magically make you a ripped monster without work. Hell I'm 64 and I work out all my body parts at least 3 times per week even if it takes me 2 hours per work out to get it all in. Cardio is great and you will lean out with that much cardio but you can do that without the gear. I really don't see anything in this plan that requires the gear. Just my humble opinion as always, and I could be totally wrong, it's been known to happen.
In all honesty I felt the same way but this routine was set up by my trainer and each body part typically takes an hour to an hour and half.I trust the guy fully. Then again I haven't told him my plans to throw test into the mix. Give me about ten minutes and I'll come back at you with a revised plan that maybe you could offer your input on? In the meantime does anyone else have any other thoughts?
Darron614I am trying to get my hands on a caliper or my gym's bodpod but I would guestimate between 17-19% bf. I should be down to right about 15% by the time I start my cycle at the rate I'm going.
