Looking to BURN THIS FAT, stay solid, and try to pack on a little lean muscle... so re-comp?

My ENTIRE family is obese (If you cant tell by my spare tire, its in our genes :/ ), and I have fought it this long, but wanna get in "cut-up" shape just to make my dad proud, so this EBC is my much needed motivation.

And a early thanks to Viking, for helping me out with a plan Biggrin

Also, I see some guys on some serious cycles for this ebc, Im just using Test E + determination ;) Wish me luck haha

Edit:So let me just say...I had 0, I mean 0 cheat days! Also 0 carbs after 2pm!

So I cut all the way down to 172lbs, AND came back up to a solid 187-189...and found veins and muscles I didn't know I had Biggrin

I always thought I just had to add more AAS compounds for better gains lmao

Wow that's an awesome transformation right there. I'd say you're one of the frontrunners in this comp for sure. I've wanted to try Viking's diet but it's hard for me with the crazy hours I work. I'm eating clean but the zero carbs at night would be pretty tough for me to pull off. Some days I get zero time to even eat anything during the daytime. Eating whatever I can on the go but still clean. By the time I get home I'm I have to pound something solid and then hit the gym by 10pm.

Great dedication though bro.

So by zero carbs are we talking no sauces or anything? Just straight meat and eggs and shit like that?

I was eating nothing but eggs, chicken, beef, fish, crab, greek yogurt, and lemon juice on almost all my meat and in my water (the citric acid is supposed to help a lot with fat)

And Isopure 0 carb protein when I had the munchies lol

You can take in carbs up till 2pm, but after that, do not have ANY and it will make a huge difference!

Im am a seriously believer that it works now! Trust me!
