Too much conflicting info on GH.. Vets, help!!!
Alright, my boy just got me 300iu's of Jintropin and has me shooting it first thing in the morning and a second time Pre-workout. I am waiting about 15-20 minutes after injection to get some carbs and protein in my body to bring up my insulin as well before I hit the gym. And now I've read on a bodybuilding forum that the practice of shooting GH prior to eating will cause insulin resistance in the user... WTF!? Will somebody help me out on the proper protocol? When the fuck is the right time to eat? How soon before, or after should I be feeding myself before, or after the shot? This shit is frustrating... Anxiously awaiting the advice of a Vet! Help!!!! There is too much conflicting information on this subject. Need advice from an experienced user.
PS For any experienced users, every time I shoot my GH, about 20 minutes or so after injection, I feel "pins-and-needles" in both my hands and feet... Is that normal? My boy says he's used it, but has yet to experience these sides that I've described.

Having carbs too close to your HGH injection can lead to your body having issues uptaking glucose. This is why it is recomended to take your carbs at least 45min post GH injection . Having said this, if you took your HGH and carbs too close together it doesn't mean your HGH would be totally useless.
PS. GH makes you insulin resistant, so you dont want to take in simple sugars for an hour before or after to avoid diabetes like inplications
Thanks for the info.. I was waiting on a reply from someone on this. Now I can adjust my protocol to correspond with the 45 minute rule. I guess it makes sense. I sure as hell am not willing to use insulin with my GH like some others might, so I can raise my own natural insulin about an hour before my GH shot now. And following this advice also suggests that 2iu's taken early morning approximately 45 min. to an hour before breakfast is also acceptable. Thanks for that man. +1
