Taking time off from HGH

ad

Gents;

I have been on HGH for about 8 months now.. and have only about 20 days left --- My Question is -- Do I need to take of HGH -- OR no?
and if I did take off -- to rest - to save money - or whatever -- am I just wiping away all the benefits I'm receiving and probably just don't realize it
Like sleep and energy etc

i'm starting Humatr** hgh back up again
what i didn't explain above I was taking infrequently bc ran out, then got a kit, then tried to stretch it etc

So i'm taking 10 mark = 3.6iu every AM
I WAS doing 1 am and 1 pm - but had headaches every night last week -- read this could be dosage related.. as I tried to take to much to soon.. not a patient person but know i now need to be and listen to my body

So back onto 3.6iu every am for 3 weeks (end of this week will be end of week 3)
then i'll jump up with the 1.2-1.4mark which is 4-5 iu's

the goal will be to take 2- 3.6iu a day -- to really see the Ful affects of this HGH !! so i may be there by month 3 -- well see -- but i'll report back if anyone is interested... Once i'm up to the 7.2iu (3.6iu x am and pm) i'll stay on for probably 3 weeks (gets VERY expensive real fast with this stuff)

and probably look to maintain 5-iu a day

make sense?
sound correct?
also started up another post of whether or not to take T3 with hgh and ifn looking it up some say T4

one guy wrote
t4 is best to take/ t3 if you don't have t4 is better than neither

thanks everyone for your insight/ feedback and experiences shared!

Gh gives solid gains. If you dont eat right or stop working out you will loose gains but thats expected. Gh does give solid gains tho. You can staynon gh for ever if you like. I do times where I'm on for a long time for muscle then go down to 2 iu pre bed then back on for blasting.

From my experience you wont loose all your gains since hgh increases the cell count not just the cell mass. It creates muscle memory.

You will loose water weight based on your dosage. The amazing sleep will also slowly decrese. You will loose energy you by now became accustom to. You may also get less reps on the same weight.

In my case (not everyones) I also got worse then normal sleep, energy, and strength for about two weeks after I cycle off. Once your body returns to homeostasis everything will return back to normal. Some people don't have this issue or possibly don't notice it.

Its really not that bad. I recommend melatonin for two weeks after your last dose if you feel that your sleep is affected.

But, again you will keep your gains as long as you keep hitting the gym.
