HGH Pinning Fasted

So I usually pin Growth about 10 minutes before I hit the gym. I eat about an hour to an hour and a half before the gym. Is it usually better to pin on a rather empty stomach or does it really matter? Also, If I pin right before training but want to consume Sodium and Carbs/sugars from gatorade with my EAAs, will this cause any problems?

The two best times to pin GH are first thing in the morning and pre-workout. If pinning pre-WO though I would skip the intra carbs. The GH will help to mobilize stored glycogen and help with burning fat. You are kind of short circuiting that process if doing intra-carbs since those will preferentially be used. Carbs immediately after workout with some protein is a better route. The GH will also be spiking an hour or so after workout to help with nutrient partitioning with your post workout meal. Follow that up with some IGF right before post workout meal and you are golden.

This is the route im currently taking. I do a pre workout meal about 1.5 hours before workout. then Directly before training I pin Growth and take a pre workout. I mix my Pre workout with my EAA powder and a Little sodium. Then after training, I eat about 50 grams of sugars from gummy bears usually. I think my problem is, im not carbing up enough in my pre workout and my sodium intake is low. Im not entirely sure.

Just my pump isnt big. Not sweating a whole lot either. I drink a gallon of water a day. Making me think my salt/sodium intake is low possibly.
