Cruising for the year

ad

So for the past 2 years or so I have been blasting my ass off. Id do a HUGE cycle and end it. then only 2 months later Id want to start another big cycle, and I did this for like 2 years or so. So I KNOW that I HAVE to give my receptors and body a brake for a bit. It was really no problem but I know I have to give it a rest. However, since ive been on gear since 2012, I know ill have to cruise on test. which ive always done anyway. So I'll be doing 200 mg Test cyp a week. 100 MG Monday and 100 mg Thursday. Adex on hand but i suppose the usual .5 mg each jab but i probably wont need it on just 200 mg a week. 4 weeks after I start, Id like to get blood work to see where im at while NOT blasting anymore. I do want yalls opinion on one thing though. I have some GH on me as well. I was wanting to use 4 Units a day. all for directly before training like ive always done. Would you guys do this while cruising. I dont see a problem with it. just trying to stay lean and not get fat while on this cruise lol. anyway. just seeing what you guys think.

Thank you.

I’ve been on 200 mg a week for 10 years now. It’s really not that uncommon of a dosage. I’ve had several doctors prescribe me that dosage. But again, it depends on your bloodwork.

But yes, take some time off. I’m currently do the same buddy. Give the body a rest .. good luck .

200 is pretty high. Can have long term health consequences. Check with bloodwork though. Cruise on a dose where you don't need any AI. GH should be a part of your regular routine. 3iu is where I like to be when off cycle. Diet is what will determine how fat you may get, not how gear you are pinning.

thank you for the info

good deal. So I CAN use GH while just cruising for the long term. I said 4 IU but I may try and stick with 2 or maybe even 3 IU a day like you said.

Running high IU GH long terms can have an impact on insulin sensitivity. By high IU I mean 6+ iu for like 6months or more. You really shouldn't have issues with 4iu or less though. Sometimes it is good to step it down a bit for awhile just to be safe which is why I usually step it down while off cycle.

Your diet will determine what kind of body composition changes you experience when you start to cruise. 200mg/week is kind of high but I can only speak from my experience. I spent 8 years on a long cruise and made great progress just working with my diet. I can’t speak on the GH but I think if you dial in the diet and continue to train hard you can keep the majority of your gains.

Would you say 120/160 dose is sufficient for a cruise?

I would start at 120/week and go from there. People respond differently and I’m not sure how blasting as long as the OP has is going to affect how he handles normal levels of test. My endo script is for 200 every two weeks, so 100/week. Puts my totals in the 500s but my free test was always slightly higher than the range (5-19 ng/dl) at that dosage. Ultimately, consistent blood work will tell but starting at 200mg/week is probably result in a total test level that is higher than the normal range.

Love these Q&A's. Have been very curious about this subject.
