Bad acne break out

ad

It’s been years since I cycled and usually would hop off with PCT never thought twice about getting on TRT until now and decided to hop on after a low test score, fuck it why not optimize..
Anyways I didn’t know that I didn’t need an AI at this low of a dose and I bought some Letrozole and some where around week 6 of my TRT I used it cause I thought I felt my nip hardening lol
Ever since that I’ve been breaking out all over my back and shoulder, arms, everywhere… I can’t take my shirt off…….

So acne is usually either hormonal or bacterial and I been using anti biotics for few months and nothing.

I’m wondering if anyone thinks it could be Letrozole and my hormones never recovered after that and if it does have something to what could I do balance my hormones at this point? Any help would be greatly appreciated before I hop on Accutane.

Test E 250 every week

Bro, bloodwork is king but definitely sounds like your E2 crashed from Letrozole … it’s very strong and can throw your hormones out of whack fast.
Crashing estrogen can absolutely trigger cystic acne like that.
Drop the Letro completely
Get fresh bloodwork (Total Test, E2, DHT, LH, FSH)
Consider low-dose Tamoxifen (10mg/day) short term to rebalance if needed
Add Nizoral shampoo (2%) topically …leave on 5–10 min daily
High-dose Omega-3s, Vitamin A, and Zinc help too
Accutane should be last resort IMO. Fix hormones first … acne often clears once E2 stabilizes. Hope that helps, brother man.

Thank you for the reply brorher and will do.. what exactly would I be looking for in the labs?

At a minimum, I would run CMP, CBC, Test level and Estro labs. Should be able to put a package together for $100 or less. See what's out of range and go from there. Simple and easy. I use an app, make a local appt, and I'm in/out in 30 min or less. Results same/next day.
You can look up the values or post here and few guys here understand numbers as well........
