Have fun and be safe on New Years Eve, but fuck taxis! If you need a ride, use Über or Lyft. They are much quicker, more convenient, and more affordable.

Always a good idea when you have been out drinking. Taxis, Uber, Lyft, just don't drink and drive!!!
They're not more affordable on NYE, when they jack up the rates x10 or more.
