I had a wonderful and relaxing New Year’s Day. I trained shoulders and hamstrings this morning. Then I had a fairly healthy meal at Cracker Barrel with my family followed by a blood donation. My iron was 13.8 the lowest it’s been in two years. I was so pleased I treated myself to an order from my favorite source. It was a perfect day. How was everyone else’s?

AnonI got called out at 430a to drive 2 hrs away and freeze my ass off in the snow, it did warm up from -10 to 7 then after finishing up at 600p I drove 2 hrs back home to take a shower, eat, pack a gym bag and set my alarm for 5a, now I'm wide awake. Can't say it's been the best New Years day but it hasn't been the worst either.
That sucks bro. Stay warm.

Day off for me, did shoulders/upper chest yesterday and spent the day today eating and napping and watching bowl/playoff games (college football). Big one comes on in a minute.
