Hey did anyone tried injectiong in biceps yet? I tried my first time in shoulder but i think it would be easier in biceps, muscle is muscle right? As long i dont inject in abs lol

Yep, all the time as part of a rotation when on, short and long heads, basically either side of the line @ centre point, so 2 pinning points per arm
Biceps and pecs are my favs, just in terms of ease of access
I know someone who did forearms. Fkn loon.

I haven’t noticed any huge noticeable increase from using my bi’s to inject.
That's one area I never ever intend to try Lol Did Triceps once and that was bad enough, although I did gain a 24 inch Python as an arm for a week haha

Yeah I tried this once my arm whas like sore for 1 whole week and swollen if I was you I would look up chest injections
Use the search function. There is a video floating around on site injection. Gives the where and how often . Yes there are some that do bycept injection. The question is do they do it flexed or not?
