I Love Q10 not only does it help me with my energy since heart disease, but it also lowered my bad cholesterol and most importantly it also helped with inflammation the main cause of heart disease and heart attacks, and also with my joint pain. Excellent product without the side effects of the poisonous statins. I recommend it to my wife for her gingivitis and it's helping her so far, it's easy to swallow also.
Oatmeal
Beter use bergamot than red rice yeast.
Tudca and q10. Vit allin one, omega 3-6-9 . Vitb12 (i am vega) milk thistle, nac, taurine. Liv 52 All has its own time and reason
Bcaa... take good protein powder with bcaa in it
trash300Q10, Arginine or AAKG, Vit C, Vit E, Citrus B., 3x10g BCAA ed,
(a stable blood sugar level is always good)
but main thing: healthy nutrition, cardio
To lower LDL I'm on red rice yeast and COQ10. If you get a good brand with effective red rice yeast you will need the COQ10 with it.
Minetred rice yeast and COQ10 is my favorite stack to lower hdl/ ldl**
And the COQ10 lowered my blood pressure so kills 2 birds with 1 stone
Niacin and Cardarine (GW50516) will both help with cholesterol.
kidneys: alpha lophatic acid, nac, and anything that lowers bp
heart: coq10, fish oil, cardio
liver: nac, milk thistle, (tudca (only used when using hard orals)
SupremoNever tried red yeast rice but Citrus bergamot is amazing and not very expensive, superdrol fucked up my cholesterol but citrus bergamot got it back to good levels pretty quick 500-1000mg for enchanched athletes. Q10 is always good i heard its good against left ventricular Hypertrophy. Maybe something for kidneys because if theyre fucked up they don’t regenerate. Cardio increases hdl also. Just try to keep youre lifestyle as healthy as you can and go a few times a year to your doc and take a blood pic so you can sed if something is wrong :). What steroids are you using right now?
