+ 6 SUMMER EBC
Some long thought and looking into the future contemplating fall and winter EBC.
This will be unique...ITS A FREE FOR ALL !
This EBC will be do as you wish in a controlled environment of course. You as an individual will be able to tell us what you wish to do in goal with this cycle and then prove you could get it done. Bulk, recomp,cut, shred, total body transformation, you name it!
The new EBC page will come out soon and as you post up your page having read the rules you will describe what your EBC will be and define clearly the goal.
You will compete against yourself in that you will be judged only on your achievement as to your goal. You will compete against others in that you will have to achieve your goal from a points standpoint better than they achieved theirs. Those achievements and points as to achievment will bring us our winners!
Once page comes up you will have until midnight CST july 5th, 2013 to post required pics. The contest will close september 15th and closing pics will be due no later than sept 20th at midnight CST 2013.
All the other questions will be answered in the primary EBC thread as the summer thread pops up so get your gear ready.

Wow, Tread not only deliver, he did the unexpected. This idea would not even have crossed my mind, what a fantastic idea.
As for myself, this fits in even better then what I wanted, which was a cutter. The reason being is because my goal was not only to get shredded ( contest shredded) but as also to gain a ton of muscles in the process, ya I know in 12 weeks ''how'' WATCH THIS..... Good luck and cheers to all
never looked into the ebc but if say you finished your cycle a few weeks before the sept 15 close would you have to wait til then to submit your finals or would you be able to post your final pictures early?
you can post them early, just not late.

shirlsguyThis is cool... a nice fair field for the pro's. I did feel a bit of a 'cheat' with recomp as I was so out of shape last December. This will be cool; a bit sad I can only play arm chair QB this round, but so be it. Still going to run with the boys, set some goals and achieve them. Good luck everyone!
