+ 8 Steroids require work.

ad

Take someone with insulin dependent diabetes for example, they must inject insulin antiseptically multiple times a day, while also keeping a very strict diet and exercise routine. Given that this diabetic person, follows the strict guidelines given by there doctor, they can and will live a life of quality , even exceeding quality. On the other hand a single unclean injection can result in an abscess, a mis-measurement of insulin for an injection, and your dead. A poor diet and lack of exercise, and you will not see 50.

Steroids are no different, if used correctly or incorrectly save the mis-measure producing certain death. Steroids are not magic, there a science of chemical balance, which is why you see the vets on this website constantly hounding rookies to get "BLOOD WORK" done to get a baseline, and then a mid point to tweak and a finish to measure success . With this success or failure you plan the structure of future cycles, trial an error baby even science is not exact, any scientist, phd or med-doc will tell you this.

People do not realize the discipline, dedication, patience , pain and time that goes into the use of steroids, the correct use that is. Steroids are not quick nor easy, it still requires years of dieting and exercise to achieve the idealistic body. You buy some test cyp and npp, start pinning away and hitting the gym. A month later, your body is in pain from the constant working and taring of muscles, your dreading every injection likes its a dentist visit, your not seeing results quickly enough so you start skipping the gym and cheating on your diet, or worse you increase the dose, the sides kick in, you cant sleep or you sleep to much, your appetite is gone, your depressed and low on energy so maybe an increase of test will fix it right? The sides become to much, your dick wont work , Now thats the final straw, you frantically run to the internet begging for help, searching for quick fixes . "How much nolva should I take and for how long!" Even though your dumb ass didn't even consider pct, ai's or any of it in the first place.

All of this could have been avoided if you would have realized the seriousness of what you were doing.

The diet day in day out, fighting those carb cravings, force feeding, setting aside the money for the food, time to prep the food.

The pins, clean draw needles, clean inject needles, clean syringes, rotating inject sites, aspirating, paying attention to where your putting the damn needle

The gym day in day out, be damned how tired you are from work. Making sure you do not become complacent in the gym, as soon as your exercise routine is routine, it time to change it.

The sides no matter how careful you are, you have to deal with them. Aggression, depression, lethargy, wakefulness, lack of appetite, headaches, anxiety, sexual dysfunction or over function which yes can be a problem when you find yourself cruising for hookers to anal gape at 3am.

The blood test yes there expensive, but completely necessary. You get these blood test to keep balance , to much estro and you suffer to little estro and you suffer. There is a lot more to it than just estro levels, but i am not going into all of that.

Steroids are not quick, they simply allow us to take it to the next level. It still requires work, and understanding you must respect what you are getting into or you will regret it. Steroids require work, much more work than the average person in willing to put in. The irony is its always the average joes trying to be something more that get in over there head.

I write this for all those rookies making new years resolutions, steroids are not your answer. At least not until you weigh all the positives and negatives.

I like what you said about going to the gym about how tired you are or how much you don’t feel like going. An old Pro the actual only pro I’ve ever know told me once getting to the gym is the hardest part and that couldn’t be more true. Sometime I’ll not want to go and I’ll talk myself into going saying just a quick one today but once I get there everything changes. Lately I set goals before I go and make sure I meet them. Changing routines is important and that’s where I’m at now typically when I stop getting sore from a routine even after adding sets I change it.

Yea i'm with you on that, it is honestly getting difficult to keep my routines fresh, what I have found is exercises that feel uncomfortable/awkward to me physically seem to do the trick if I stick to them.

I have always made it really really simple for newbies - it's like a magnifying glass. Whatever you're doing, it will amplify it. If you're already doing great then it's binoculars. However whenever you get to looking at that small object (with a magnifying glass) or object far away (with binoculars) and no longer using them you are now at a deficit. You need to be doing everything right, and when you cycle off you must keep doing everything right. It does indeed take work, it just makes more happen in return for the same work.

Dear newbies -

P.S.
Deca dick and being shut down isn't worth water weight. Keep lifting and eating. Please. It just isn't working.

Sincerely,
Anyone who knows what they're doing.

If they can't afford blood work how on earth do they expect to afford the grocery bill that comes along with the lifestyle.
The blood work is cheaper than the gear.

Protein4breakfast's picture

Yeah you get bloods so cheap. Especially the basics test that caps at 1200 e2 liver kidney hemocrit around 80 bucks. I personally get the extensive tests that run around 240 a few times a year but if I’m just checking basics or dialing in ai dose I go with the cheaper tests

Ive actually been using the home tests that you buy on Amazon they sell e2 e3 tests and e2+ progesterone and through purse you can use btc and get a huge discount.
I forgot to add that they do offer all testing not just those 2 but it can get expensive if you want no cap on testosterone levels

Privatemedlabs is nice to I would just get the female hormone panel last time it was 90$ but that was awhile back. Ive been using these home tests there as convenient as it comes.

Protein4breakfast's picture

I didn’t know of these amazon tests. I’ll look into them because e levels are what I’m concerned abt right now and if their cheaper I’ll go that route. Thanks

Don't get the saliva version I bought the saliva version thinking that I would be just swabbing my check.
No they want you to fill up a half a test tube with saliva. Its crazy it took me forever.
Get the blood spot test you just prick your finger and drop 3-4 dots of blood

Let me know what you think i love them to be able to test for e2and progesterone or just e2 depending on your cycle works great for me.

Good luck brother

Depends on your situation bro, going to a private practice doctor, paying the co-pay, the overall cost of the visit, the test and monthly insurance premiums is in no way cheap.

Now if your talking about online blood test, sure those are cheap but most new people do not realize this is an option.

Me personally I use the V.A.

Protein4breakfast's picture

First off thanks for your service but yes labs through doctors are crazy expensive but I have good insurance typically pay nothing after deductible is met however doctors won’t just pull bloods because you ask them to so I have to turn to the online tests. I’m about to pay out of pocket for online test for the 4th time in 12 months but to me peace of mind is priceless.

I see this all the time at my gym. I’ll see a guy start getting bigger working out like a mad man 12-14 weeks later they’re just doing 30-40 min machine workouts like just trying to maintain until next cycle then boom back at it but by the time they start their next cycle they’re about the same physique before the last cycle and I just don’t get it

2 steps forward 3 steps backwards after pct.
It happens all the time or its 2 steps forward and after the cycle 30lbs gained through eating garbage that when they were taking tren and doing bs workouts they could get away with after the tren shuts them down for months after the cycle they just put on a gut and lose all the water retention that wasn't actually muscle mass just them bloated up.

It seems the new generation want everything right now and with minimal effort. It takes persistence, dedication and sacrifice to have any success in bodybuilding and reaching your goals. When I was starting out as a kid about 15 years old, before Internet was available to anyone, I read every muscle magazine that came out to learn what to do and what to eat. Now with the internet easily available to everyone it makes it that much easier to research and find out what you need but that's still too much work for most of these kids. When I get asked "how long is it gonna take me to look like you" I say well I've been working out since high school so you do the math. I'm not trying to discourage them but they need to know they need to be patient and results will come with time....Build a solid foundation and after years of training then you might be ready to take it to the next level.

addicted.to.pain's picture

cant argue with that logic.

I’ve been trying to explain this to the new lad at work, he’s only 20/21, never lifted a weight in his life and after a week of working here started asking me to get him “some roids”. I told him to start going to the gym and in 5 years he might be ready for gear but of coarse that’s too much work, at first I tried explaining that steroids don’t work the way he thinks they do and all of the risks involved but it fell on deaf ears, I gave up in the end, if he comes back for advice I’ll happily give it to him but I won’t hold my breath!!

Nice topic and very true..,but cruising for hookers at 3 AM might be from sleeping pills..lol

lol sadly, no I am quite lucid in those moments. Cant lie tinder saved me from the hookers.

Good post! Very few people succeed at bodybuilding naturally or with the use of AAS. It's a very, very difficult thing to balance all the things required to succeed. Those of us who have been doing it for years successfully sometimes can't understand why so many find it so impossible. The break the rules; and if you do this sport is very unforgiving.

Each year so many young kids hit the gym with good genetics and think they can do a few sets of various exercises and look like "Arnold" in a few weeks. Sadly, they disappear in a short period of time.

So many of those who do succeed could be so much better if only they would sleep 8-10 hours a night. So many don't...so sad!

All in all you get out of this what you put into it and GEAR is but another tool to take us to the next level!

+1 good post..i think gear will help for the serious athlete who has their diet and training on point...people think you can take test and sit on your couch and eat pizza while playing xbox and get huge..unfortunately that's just not the case..

Steroids are the tip of the iceberg. Diet and training are the biggest part of the iceberg. Need to know that before steroids will have any positive impact.

or over function which yes can be a problem when you find yourself cruising for hookers to anal gape at 3am.

You been in the ER too long brother...

The best thing I've ever heard was Ben pakulski saying
Yeah i use steroids...
And you can use steroids too...
But you will never look like me because you dont do what i do.

They arent a magic pill! for sure! Way more work is involved than most realize.

Makwa's picture

BPak is a smart dude.

"what are you on man, I got to get me some so I can look like you"
How many times have you heard that

Bill G's picture
