That said, I have no doubt that there is other life in the universe. However, the nearest star with a "habitable" planet is over 4 light years away. Any planet old enough to have a civilization that has the capacity for near light speed travel is undoubtedly much further out. In other words, don't hold your breath waiting to meet an extraterrestrial larger than a microbe.
First contact will probably come from the SETI program. If we are extremely lucky, (like, mega powerball lucky), we'll stumble across a deep space probe.

True unidentified does not mean alien or even alien technology , It most likely is classified military tech the government does not want to acknowledge so they let the media run with aliens/ufo's as a story.
But the reason I post this is because to my knowledge this is the first time the government has publicly acknowledged a "UFO" video as real. It just strikes me as odd why now? There are plenty of ufo videos that are probably real , why all of the sudden acknowledge these .
Yea CNN is not exactly known for there accurate reporting , but they also wouldn't post something that belongs on a tabloids cover unless it held credence .
