Help with transition from pct to cutting

ad

33 years old 5'8" tall, start cycle weight 175lbs.

I am in my final few weeks of cycle #2 test e 500/wk, weight gain about 25lbs. In short for the circumstances in my personal life over this cycle I am more than pleased I have made some great gains in muscle and strength. However my BF is about 16-17% as my diet has been less than perfect obviously. What I need help with is how to cut post cycle. Do I wait until my 4 week PCT is finished, or start after my final pin? I realise I will loose some muscle mass due to this cut but I am ok with it. It is very important to me to start my 3rd cycle out with my body fat in check. I will have about 16-18 weeks to work on the cut before cycle #3.

Any and all advice is appriciated.

You will lose almost all of the muscle you gained. You gained all the muscle very quick so your body is not used to it so it will drop it the first chance it gets. Also I'm sure your hormones are not even close to back to baseline yet. So low test+high cortisol+ new muscle+cutting diet=all gains lost. Seen it done before many times. Wait alteast 2 months AFTER your finsih your pct and even then make very small changes to your routine. For now tho make sure you diet is clean, but cals don't change, and add a little bit and i mean a little bit of cardio a few times a week.

I agree recomp is during cycle not after, that new muscle is too valuable to loose on an "after pct cutt"

lol my roomate tried doing it. not only did he lose all the muscle and strenght he gained on cycle, he ended up losing even losing muscle and strength he gained naturally. He actually ended up way smaller and weaker then before he started lol. New muslce that the bodys not used to plus being extremely catabolic = losing everything and then some.

Lol that's so true. My Roomate tried this and lost like 25lbs in 3 weeks lol. Basically all muscle. I went home to my parents for 3 weeks came back and he looked totally different.
