RustyhookerLast years errors bit my ass so luckily i jumped into the ebc to restart and rebuilt. Appreciate the kind words!! There will be much more to come from this challenge
I firmly believe their will be brother Rusty! Nothing like kickstarting your enthusiasm!
You deserve a top notch little person for a sexy romp in the locker room of your local gym. WTG Rusty. You’re setting a fine example for the rest of us sir!
RustyhookerMidget oil wrasslin!! I know just the lil chick midget too. Lol!
Thank you bro! Last year was rugged and i needed this eye opener to redirect myself. Was a great time!
...
Night and day for such a short amount of time. You tackled a monster really and kept that beast down to the ground. Keep going man. Huge difference
RustyhookerMuch appreciated!! The foods were really basic but i kept it on lock. Im suprised i dropped that much in just couple months. Going to keep cutting til i have a solid build then buold it back up.
Damn nice work Hooker. The side tricep pose before and after is where i see the biggest difference. Even tho each pose has a significant difference. How much easier was the posing routine in the after pics compared to the before? Lol
RustyhookerIt was literally like taking off a sumo suit. So now its continue trimming fat and rebuild back to where i was at my best but this time make it solid.
Making a fresh start. Lol
Maintenance here on out. You were not fat, just some residual that I'm too familiar with. I know what you had to do. All you got now is maintenance for the next 6-9 months then just smash it. I have no advice but to threaten you and tell you that, "IM COMMIN"
Nice Rusty! Love it bro, killed it!!
RustyhookerLil more human than michellin man. Lol!
Thank you!
I'm happy for you bro. I am rooting for you. You did alot these last 3 months. Common man. Gear or not, to lose 30 plus pounds, obviously dieted properly, and worked hard. You have significant comp, but I know the bottom line is just doing you. Nobody is competing against one another, but competing against themselves. Yiu against you. But now we all know who to beat. Shoot for that Momo physique. 9 months is great time. My abs are very difficult to build as well as calves but then your very well balanced and your stature is symmetrical. But at least I know what I'm up against. Imma run a short ester 12 week blast then just keep all natty til next EBC
...and you turned some phat into muscle obviously. To lose 30 lbs of fat and to convert even 10lbs for 10lbs, it's obvious. You weren't depending on gear, it looks like you just went hard core and busted your ass. Happy for you. And we aren't 25 yrs of age any more. But get ready for the next one, I need a Foe, lololol. Nice. Peace out Mate
RustyhookerYessir! Shirts got tighter at arms and chest so im happy. Was great stepping stone into the summer. Gad a big cheat meal and right back to clean foods. Keep this machine moving. Lol
That side just really shows the dramatic changes
Happy for you. This is gonna be tough to judge. After seeing Momo Benaziza just smash his competitors and compete and beat Dorian Yates, I can see you doing the same. Next time is just gonna be better. You've made a night and day transfer. I boxed early in my twenties and went from 185ish down to 147 or 154 within 3 months time and with no diet or lifting. Just hardcore Cardio, running sparring, gym work. 6 days a week at least 45 minutes of anaerobic aerobic training galore. Just nuts man. So I know what you had to go through without having to do hardcore cardio on it's own. To harden up the way you have and this run of GH has really helped to add cells to really pack on some muscle next time around. I can see you at 195 shredded. You can do it. 3 months is just too short atime
RustyhookerWhen i was young i wrestled and friends boxed. Tgey went pro so i switched to boxing and tried to head to golden gloves. It was lots of fun! But in reality my reach just wasnt on my side for it. I was 122lbs and the guys i fought were like 5ft 8. The reach had it where they could stand outside jab and points were killing me. Inside was a whole fun game however. Was a great time for me but nothing like moving back into ground and pound. I do miss those days but just had to follow my dreams. Shortly after i got sponsored in bodybuilding at 160lbs. I really just enjoy lifting. Whether i keep growing or fall backwards i just love it.
The way that I see it is , at least we tried it and did it. Getting in the ring is one thing. Fighting amateur on a actual fight card is another. 99% of guys whom built up for years claiming that they box, never come back after just a day or 2 of training or just 1 session of sparring. Yup, ground and pound, lol, good reason I've always ended up in the ER getting stitches. I know nothing of the graound, well, back then anyway. I've been humbled. Been beat up alot man, even when I'm the only one walking away or with the win, never so much pain ever. Still have a twisted ankle from 1995 from who became my best friend later, stopped me in the 2nd round on an ABF fight card. Humbling. But right on. I know a bit. I'm not blind. BB is safer but hard as fuck. The pros dont know what ,"Battle" is til ur in the ring all alone with pride on the line. Good day mate
RustyhookerIt was fun but yes there some guys out there so damn fast that youre done and didnt know it. Lol! Learned a lot though. First few bouts would gas out on adrenaline. Those damn 16oz gloves too....wow. Just was not a sport i was good at...lol.
I dont care what weight. If a 100 pounder knows how to punch, she or he hits hard. Yes there are some sickos out there and there is always someone better. The damn power. Speed is power, especially If you know how to relax and just let them fly. I've learned some hard lessons bud. I learned that I'm NOT smas tough as I had once believed but I learned about respect. Tren is the demon though. Gotta get me some psych, anxiety meds. Lol
RustyhookerThe guy that got me to try it out went pro after 2 times in olympics. He wasnt big but so fast! Lil short dude. He would ko folks left and right. Started at 5 or 6 so he was well polished. My training partner was 6ft 195 and holy hell, i saw stars a LOT. Another heavy hander. With his reach it helped me work into the inside though.
RustyhookerIm going to research dryout much more. Last night i peeped the mirror and the separations came back a bit. I shoulda just listened to common sence when i had more separation thruout but learning is also a goal.
StevebWhat?
RustyhookerSubq water drop. I was decently dry as much as a fat dude ciuld be on wednesday. I tried to drop more water but ended up puffy. I erred. So a few days after pix were due and chugging a ton of water the separation lines on chest delts and tris are starting to show again. So much i gotta relearn
PcushionDiet, fluid, and training manipulation are base of dryout aka peak week. When competing I used a 6 day period for dry out it’s miserable. Carbs<50 days 1-4, water 2.5-3gallons a day slightly increased on day 4. Peak week training=glycogen depletion only. No muscle break down.
Day 5= Major diet manipulation, carb loading and no sodium. Sodium needs to remain low but stable prior to this. Can’t screw up mineral balance. Water content was like 16oz for the first four meals of the day and cut until after prejudging. 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable glycerin with meal 6 (taste horrible)
Day 6 competition day food and h20 determined by how your looking and vegetable glycerin an hour prior to the show.
I always used, t prop, primo, mast, winny, aromasin 12 weeks going into show. No HGH it holds water and prop dose was 150mg 5weeks prior to show and dropped 10 days before competition. You prob know all this already. Nevertheless you mentioned researching dry out so here is my experience with it.
Nice job on the ebc good progress.
RustyhookerI did most of what youre doing but carb loaded day 4...possibly too early? So by day 6 i subq spillover and was cooked.
It is definitly harder with higher bf to truely manipulate. Which is a hurdle to jump for sure. When i was young i kept below 8% so changes came quick and easy. Simply got lazy this last year. And age really changed my metabolism.
Hopefully theres a winter ebc bulker. Im gonna continue this clean meal and exercise plan. I did lock the foods and gym. No clen, thyroid etc...just sweat.
I will retry a dryout again soon and pick your brain. I appreciate the feedback!! See you at ebc bulker would be fun!!
PcushionYeah bf% does make peak week hard especially the day of competition. Dry outs also take a lot of practice. Look at Phil Heath he screwed big time at last years Olympia (can’t stand that guy btw). In 2014 I peaked too early for a show and by morning prejudging I was flat as fuck so I chased my tail trying to fix it and ended up bloated as fuck for the night show. Regardless the ebc is about change and you nailed that excellent change in the before and after pics.
RustyhookerAt the pro level ive seen a few shows where that subq just destroyed a top notch competitor. Gotta be so frustrating at that level!
Did you end up catching a nearby show or scrap what ya could and move on?
The folks in the ebc had me fired up! I had a cheat meal last saturday night then right back to clean foods. I would really like to go into winter bulking from a lean chassis so maybe i can pull into a local show april. Thank you again, its good to hear from real dudes that do it onstage, live
PcushionI was extremely frustrated with myself because this was an NPC national show AND it was something I could have avoided but never the less I logged what happened in my journal regrouped and planned for the next show. I don’t compete anymore man. I love bodybuilding and hormone manipulation like it’s a child of mine, but the hard truth is it takes a lot of time and money to make it career path. In 2015 I had my son and had to choose between competitive bodybuilding and family so I chose family. These days I stay on a lean bulk and still train 5 days a week in hopes that once my life balances out two kids, wife and career I can step back on stage. Go for that local show man! nothing is sweeter than taking overall first in front of a mass group of people.
RustyhookerMaking it to nationals though....thats awesome regardless. So many dont or didnt get passed the talking but you dove right in! Family does change things and the kids are well worth the costs. It will eventually balance back out and with you keeping solid youre literally right there. My youngest graduated last year so i am trying to capture the new balance. I never stopped lifting but i surely needed the focus. Sometimes life just adds on to our journey.
Pounds23Great job rusty , most guys wouldn't of even had the balls to do what u did brother ,from the diet to the cardio to the hard work and dedication u had to of had on ur diet u should be extremely proud of yourself bro, I am of you , most wouldn't of even tried of woulda just gave up, that's where ur strong mental play came in, I think u should and will be a big inspiration to alot of guys on here to keep pushing and not to give up, and this is what u can do with a strong will power and to just keep pushing , like u said this was only three months admagin another 4-6 months and then taking a break and clearing out and then hitting it again how ull respond man I can see a lean machine monster coming, great job rusty and thank you for the motivation to get my ass up and going now that I'm pretty close to being recovered from surgery weighed myself today iv lost 27 pounds man it's time for that rusty mental toughness and dedication and will power. You did amazing brother in the time given and thanks for the push, hopefully I get to do the next ebc with you rust
RustyhookerThe mind game is the big change bro. Last year even with all tests proving that i was fully healthy, sound and ready to go i still had a mental block. So figure feb 14 health scare til sept i lifted medium with volume but nothing that was inspiring at all. Loaded up on cheap pasta and got flat out fat.
I was planning a cutter anyways but with the ebc it was completely everyone that joined that got me fired up. I never expected 36lbs! Lol!
Youve been on here quite some time. When you heal just trust in what you do. If its fun then the goals come a lot easier. Wasnt long ago i used the ebc after breaking both elbows. Went from lifting massive weight to those chrome 5lb girl weights. Theres been many setbacks that decimated pr lifts. But regardless lifting is just who i am. Im not whole without it. Im definitly an aggro type 1 and it clears my mind.
Youll be back!! Plan early and do what ya can to keep it fun. Heal up proper brother....its your turn!!
How is the proper way to run Tbol, 10mg tabs, Genex
RustyhookerI like it 6weeks tail end of cycle. You can try 20 am and 20pm see how ya do. The 10mg tabs i had were strong...kalpa. Short half life so easy to adjust. For me they raised my aggression a bit. So i was snappy. Just watch for it incase it makes you snappy, its not them...its the tbol. Lol.
Last 6 weeks because the oils are fully kicked in and body raises sbgh to drop hormone levels. Tbol, var etc lower sbgh so its fully on. More free test.
Great job Brother!
RustyhookerThank you sir! Lil bit closer to the goal
RustyhookerThe biggest, most ripped! Congrats folks, hard work shone!

Great work and progress big guy. Keep killing it
RustyhookerThank you bro! Big things comin!
well done rusty you shed a ton off fat brother well done
RustyhookerReally needed a restart after last year. I was this lean but 208 xmas 2017. Focus and drive....i shall return.
High five bro!!
Damn right, I'm out. Got to eat this stuff. I'm the garbage can. When you say that it makes me feel bad about myself. Ur a gentletic freak in my book. I'm crazy and stupid but I'm not blind nor dumb. Later man
...and hes bigger with more mass. That's the name of the game, #1...to Burma fat and put on muscle concurrent or simultaniously
RustyhookerSimple...abs or lose.
My goal here was straightforward.

Simple...abs or lose
My goals in the ebc were straightforward. As far as changes, i wouldnt change anything on my performance. My diet and chems were 100% on point. My lifts went up and added size/strength so that was on point. I had energy and a buttload of FUN posting food pix. 36lbs of crap dumped in 12 weeks with strength added.
Ive been in every ebc except the first one. Im simple here for the commeraderie and popcorn. And im already plotting and planning on kicking ass in the winter bulker whether its here as an ebc or not.
Learning curve....dropping subq water. Still gotta learn that but its more like polishing a turd unless under 10% bodyfat. Which im still headed towards that 10% .
If you were 25, you would have looked Fuckin sick, crazy jacked. 9 months now instead of 3. I ha e to work a few crazy shifts a week that just starves me to death, I dont do TRT, so my receptors are clear, But I got 8 or 9 mo this to put this together, ykhre a genetic monster, most Italians, a population of great potential and people on this planet and most are short people, and who the fact sets those standards of what is tall or short anyway.
We dont have tall women out here so when I see a 6 foot woman, it trips me out, but alot of 5 to 6 foot peeps. So it's the norm to me. Ur not small bro.
My abs are visible only because I'm not drinking chocolate milk all day nor eating ice cream and donuts all day. That's the simple truth. I just cut fat but I've done and EOD fkr the last month. They are hardening. They never shown til now
Kind of lame deleting everything tho
RustyhookerIve deleted all the prior ebc pics going back to the first one. Im built like a midget garbage can with limbs. Lol
You certainly made progress tho. Keep digging
RustyhookerIve got a long ways still on cutting but it should be a lot more fun now than it was at the start. Lol
