RustyhookerConsidering the prize plus just having fun....haha. Taunting ya bro. If not, its still good to see ya popping in to visit.
You got some mass. Man, I could utilize your mass. You got the genetics and build to do some damage.
RustyhookerI just gotta push hard to strip it off. If i can hit the mark it might be an eye opener. Lol! If i miss, then im still closer to end goals. Long as its fun, its worth it. Thank you bro!! 12 weeks will zip by
Good luck mate. You have a solid frame - get cut and you will look awesome.
RustyhookerThank you! Lotta work ahead of me.
Dominick77Wish you well Rust! Lets do this! +1
RustyhookerI cant wait to come in lean. Rolly polly is rediculous. Haha
Dominick77I highly enjoy my Rolly Polly though. Makes the gym so much fun with being able to hoist heavier weights than I normally would try, but the time has come to lighten up
RustyhookerSo true!! Lil bit of added bulk and those big pounds just feel good. As i deplete out the carbs im not looking forward to things feeling too heavy, worn out. I hit the gym in the morning so the carbs i do get help but late in the day i can feel it. Lol
Hows the diet going Rusty ? Any cravings yet?
RustyhookerBeen at 100g complex carbs before 2 so im depleted for most of the day. Last night had a lil sweet tooth and daughter bough me a sugar free, fat free icecream. It was actually tasty and couple spoons of it hit the spot. So far i feel great! Im sure though as this rolls along that i will feel the wear and tear. Lol
You're helping others with this. I've already just looked up the definition of a Detractors, lol, I already had an idea...researching complex carbs. Damn, already midnight. Imma lose karma talking way to much
I'm pretty stoked to see how you end up Rusty.
RustyhookerIm thinking its gonna be night and day big bro. Im feeling really positive and life is looking great. At least i will be a short step closer to the big goals in life. Im glad youre back on the board. I keep posting your group references to folks but its a bonus when the man himself can drop that big info.
I am not endorsing anyone but I truly hope you bring your A game bro. You can silence a lot of your detractors by making a strong showing. I hope someone has given you a diet/exercise program and FFS stick with it to the T
RustyhookerIm giving it my best for sure. Unless some craziness happens here at home i should at least come solid. Getting full abs will be a chore no doubts.
Everyone's rooting for you Rusty. None of us detractors had the balls to enter.
I'm sure you'll do your best.
RustyhookerLol...no worries bro. I been on here way too long for bitching grudges. I couldnt keep posting help if i had that mentality. The competitors are gonna be damn fierce!! End of the day if were closer to life goals, thats all we can shoot for
Im gonna keep leaning out regardless. But im hoping for a winter bulker!! Get back up to 215 on the scale but stay sub12....THAT would be fun times!
That would be massive. Theres some dude that just entered that's 5 7 and 180s. Hes massive...175 at your height at 15 % is impressive.
RustyhookerIve been 175 solid. Not near the goals. I looked like i escaped a torture camp. Lol! Everyones different though. Frigging shawn ray at 185 was HUGE.
You got this brother. Pm me and I'll tell you a little trick that will get those abs poppin. Glad to have you in this +1
RustyhookerMuch appreciated big bro!
Good to see you in rusty!
RustyhookerThank you!! Shed off the fat for summer and look human aga in. Lol
Solid base and the best shape to start in the EBC +2
RustyhookerThank you bro! Going to hit that mark this year. Wont be easy but its gonna be fun.
I wasn't able to comment and.encourage others on here, just a few, but I'm curious to see your end result. The diet is gonna suck. I already feel ur pain man
RustyhookerIts definitely super clean. The basic layout i used on a different ebc cutter worked well so re-doing that diet with added red meat. Lean of course. Last hard cut was chicken, tuna, and tilapia with 100g complex carbs max and a refeed when i was fried. A buddy that was on the olympia suggested at least two lean steaks a week for energy. It was a night and day feeling! Im hoping to hit week 11 looking completely different.
No lie, when I am cutting it is a t-bone, strip or ribeye everynight after workout. Just no carbs.
RustyhookerIts gotta be the iron content. Wake up feeling refreshed instead of dragging butt. Lol! Tonight is low sodium chilie verde for dinner. Veggies on the side.
Sugar fits..... daughter got me a lil container of fat free, sugar free icecream. It tastes great and couple spoons and im done. I gotta see what brand it is but it hits the spot.
....
It's obvious already that if you were not dead serious about this, you would not be doing it. The tough part is done. Theres just no way that I can put on that mass. Right on
RustyhookerI bet you could. Milder stack, better foods and maybe take a peek into hgh with igf1-lr3. More angles on the axis. I do wish the last 10lbs that i was working the carbs better. I woulda been leaner, more solid. Better quality for sure. Now i gotta work extra hard to both lean out and not lose mass. Finish flat and its 180 the other direction. Lol
I heard no more than a couple red meats a week. I don't even know much of the complex carbs ur talking about. I've read and listed them at one time but don't recall. That's something serious. Training or not. I'm already getting up there in age and feel everything, and need to eat better anyway. I'm talking salt, mayonnaise for tuna, Snapple iced tea, cooking 6 eggs in turkey bacon grease, need more butter in pasta. Just more a little more. Just the little shit is big shit, it adds up. I'm starting to feel it man. I was looking at a few more competitors on here. You have some competition and this is motivating me a bit more. Tired of typing. Been rambling. Best wishes to you all
RustyhookerI completely understand. Metabolism changed and life got a few steps harder. Prior to 41 it was for me a bunch easier.
Goodluck man! Bring it to em!!
RustyhookerHoping to be an eye opener in week 12
Thank you!
Something I noticed recently And don't know why didn't notice it before; all competitors in this lineup are completely diverse. Everybody is differnt. If you look at the Olympia lineup all competitor are the same or very similar to an inexperienced eye. For example, every one is just Fn massive and conditioned. Similar size biceps, legs, chest, weight and so one. Female competitors are very similar. There are just a handful of Guys in this EBC with the mass to work with; kinda narrows it down. So you have a bit of comp which is a great thing for motivation and goal setting.
Its gonna boil down to conditioning all around. Im convinced of that. Now with your stats in reference to your BMI, there is absolutely no reason you can't come in a massive and conditioned freak. You got a lot to work with man. Think @ 185 conditioned,??? I just don't have that kind of mass to work with. You all got a lot of heart man
RustyhookerGood eye! And yes a formal comp is by weight class so you get height and conditioning difference so you compete at your level. A fair competition head to head.
The diversity here is awesome because its literally YOU vs YOU. Can you come in at an eye popping improved level. That keeps it intense!
Ultimately my goal is light heavyweight and bei ng shredded at 195ish. As to where i land here in 12 weeks....thats a good question. I have to finish leaned out so im hoping for hard cut 200lbs. Which yes for stage would be closer to 185 shredded. We shall see if i can focus.
The other competitors will be eye popping for sure!! Shredded, rocked and ready to go
I'd hate to be a judge. I'm not saying who or what is better or what is going to win. I'm not bias nor am I saying what is better. I'm just trying to narrow it down the way that makes sense. I focus more on mass category personally because I don't have it, want it, and those that have it, have an edge because he/she has something to work with. Conditioning really is a must for everybody. Any every individual has all the potential. Its going to boil down to whom really wants it. Bottom line.
RustyhookerWell said!!
You nailed it. Correct. I didnt see that. Yup judges also look at the previous Olympias to see how hard the competitor worked to make improvement from the year before. Makes sense. Its you against you being a major point, but who has got the best conditioning. Good thing is that Abs can be worked everyday. Abs are a must. Abs really do make everything else look better amd without them, just doesn't look right. Do them laying in bed when you get up AMD before you crash out. One way or the other. I'm already on them. You will get hooked as soon as you see the dramatic imprivent
....
This comp is going to change lives for the better.
RustyhookerA great many folks from prior ebcs has gone on to the bodybuilding stage. Others got a new zest for life and continued to improve. Plus it joins us all. We all put ourselves out there. Fun times!!
Except sweet tooth cravings....those suck. Lol
Uve been or here longer than any other competitor in the EBC, from what I've been through researching everyone, anyway...maybe 2 of them been on just as long. You have helped a lot of people throughout the years believe it or not; I respect that big time. Your devotion and commitment is a big deal. This site provides everything from mental health, physical health to emotional health and well being, AAS or not, some people on here care about others and keep it real.
Only the humble last on Eroids. Otherwise there becomes the fool(s) talking shit and lying about Eroids on other sites. The humble don't do that. Its good for a lot of people; you could have easily labeled me or banned me but you guys didn't. I'm vouching for you on this. You deserve to win and everyone has a fair chance and deserves the respect anyhow just for doing it. This is motivating me big time. I'm already setting realistic and practical goals.
Good Luck Big Man thanks for everything U do!So good to have somewhere to hang out learn and encourage each other,
RustyhookerKeeps the family bonded bro! Doing my best to make this comp fun. 11 weeks til the big day...woo hoo
Hang tough Rusty. You can buy alot of cake if you win..
RustyhookerHahaha!!! Dollar store stock up!
