I buckled down. It's not what I eat, it's what I stopped eating. It's just coming off, or came off before I even ran this short blast. No more milk, milk was the worse. No more bread, cheese, I just stopped and really focused on water. Keep going man.

I'm ok with my height but would be happy with your physique. Ur a genetic monster and you dont know it; obviously. We are not 27 anymore. We need the whole 9 months to prepare for the final 3. This is hard. I have today off and am sitting here with 5 lbs of chicken on the stove boiling, 1 lb. I only ate some oatmeal and 8 raw egg whites yesterday. Ducked. No time nor appetite. I got 10 meals to put down today, I've put down 3 so far. Keep going. My bad blowing ur page up man. I was off all day in a great mood Fuckin eating hard and heavy bro. Its 11:56pm, stuffed badly from eating galore, contemplating eating just once more, lol. Got half way through 5 lbs of chicken and almost killed a Squash the size of a bowling ball for my last 2 part dinner. Mean workout also with a dozen raw egg whites just after just finishing 3 hours ago. I havnt gotten samanilla as of yet

My goals in the ebc were straightforward. As far as changes, i wouldnt change anything on my performance. My diet and chems were 100% on point. My lifts went up and added size/strength so that was on point. I had energy and a buttload of FUN posting food pix. 36lbs of crap dumped in 12 weeks with strength added.

Ive been in every ebc except the first one. Im simple here for the commeraderie and popcorn. And im already plotting and planning on kicking ass in the winter bulker whether its here as an ebc or not.

Learning curve....dropping subq water. Still gotta learn that but its more like polishing a turd unless under 10% bodyfat. Which im still headed towards that 10% .

If you were 25, you would have looked Fuckin sick, crazy jacked. 9 months now instead of 3. I ha e to work a few crazy shifts a week that just starves me to death, I dont do TRT, so my receptors are clear, But I got 8 or 9 mo this to put this together, ykhre a genetic monster, most Italians, a population of great potential and people on this planet and most are short people, and who the fact sets those standards of what is tall or short anyway.
We dont have tall women out here so when I see a 6 foot woman, it trips me out, but alot of 5 to 6 foot peeps. So it's the norm to me. Ur not small bro.

I like it 6weeks tail end of cycle. You can try 20 am and 20pm see how ya do. The 10mg tabs i had were strong...kalpa. Short half life so easy to adjust. For me they raised my aggression a bit. So i was snappy. Just watch for it incase it makes you snappy, its not them...its the tbol. Lol.

Last 6 weeks because the oils are fully kicked in and body raises sbgh to drop hormone levels. Tbol, var etc lower sbgh so its fully on. More free test.

Great job rusty , most guys wouldn't of even had the balls to do what u did brother ,from the diet to the cardio to the hard work and dedication u had to of had on ur diet u should be extremely proud of yourself bro, I am of you , most wouldn't of even tried of woulda just gave up, that's where ur strong mental play came in, I think u should and will be a big inspiration to alot of guys on here to keep pushing and not to give up, and this is what u can do with a strong will power and to just keep pushing , like u said this was only three months admagin another 4-6 months and then taking a break and clearing out and then hitting it again how ull respond man I can see a lean machine monster coming, great job rusty and thank you for the motivation to get my ass up and going now that I'm pretty close to being recovered from surgery weighed myself today iv lost 27 pounds man it's time for that rusty mental toughness and dedication and will power. The mind game is the big change bro. Last year even with all tests proving that i was fully healthy, sound and ready to go i still had a mental block. So figure feb 14 health scare til sept i lifted medium with volume but nothing that was inspiring at all. Loaded up on cheap pasta and got flat out fat.

I was planning a cutter anyways but with the ebc it was completely everyone that joined that got me fired up. I never expected 36lbs! Lol!

Youve been on here quite some time. When you heal just trust in what you do. If its fun then the goals come a lot easier. Wasnt long ago i used the ebc after breaking both elbows. Went from lifting massive weight to those chrome 5lb girl weights. Theres been many setbacks that decimated pr lifts. But regardless lifting is just who i am. Im not whole without it. Im definitly an aggro type 1 and it clears my mind.

Youll be back!! Plan early and do what ya can to keep it fun. Heal up proper brother....its your turn!!

Diet, fluid, and training manipulation are base of dryout aka peak week. When competing I used a 6 day period for dry out it’s miserable. Carbs<50 days 1-4, water 2.5-3gallons a day slightly increased on day 4. Peak week training=glycogen depletion only. No muscle break down.
Day 5= Major diet manipulation, carb loading and no sodium. Sodium needs to remain low but stable prior to this. Can’t screw up mineral balance. Water content was like 16oz for the first four meals of the day and cut until after prejudging. 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable glycerin with meal 6 (taste horrible)
Day 6 competition day food and h20 determined by how your looking and vegetable glycerin an hour prior to the show.
I always used, t prop, primo, mast, winny, aromasin 12 weeks going into show. No HGH it holds water and prop dose was 150mg 5weeks prior to show and dropped 10 days before competition. You prob know all this already. Nevertheless you mentioned researching dry out so here is my experience with it.

I did most of what youre doing but carb loaded day 4...possibly too early? So by day 6 i subq spillover and was cooked.

It is definitly harder with higher bf to truely manipulate. Which is a hurdle to jump for sure. When i was young i kept below 8% so changes came quick and easy. Simply got lazy this last year. And age really changed my metabolism.

Hopefully theres a winter ebc bulker. Im gonna continue this clean meal and exercise plan. I did lock the foods and gym. No clen, thyroid etc...just sweat.

I will retry a dryout again soon and pick your brain. I appreciate the feedback!! See you at ebc bulker would be fun!!

Yeah bf% does make peak week hard especially the day of competition. Dry outs also take a lot of practice. Look at Phil Heath he screwed big time at last years Olympia (can’t stand that guy btw). In 2014 I peaked too early for a show and by morning prejudging I was flat as fuck so I chased my tail trying to fix it and ended up bloated as fuck for the night show. Regardless the ebc is about change and you nailed that excellent change in the before and after pics.
