Summer EBC Free For All 2013
HERE WE GO ! The summer free for all will be just that, a free for all and you will get to choose what your goal will be.
I will say this, it would be smart to use a standard goal such as recomp, cutter, bulker, stage ready etc etc etc. To just make up a goal that's not something standard might actually confuse a judge or all judges in that nothing to compare it to, nothing to reflect on. Stick to standard goals in fitness/ body building and it will serve you well.
Follow the compettion rules, give me 5 of the poses below with one extra pic containing the USA Today (6 pics total).
Give me a brief yet precise description of your cycle and goal and then BOOM, GET TO WORK!!!
- Opening pics deadline will be July 5th, 2013 at midnight CST
- Closing pics must be identical to opening and deadline is September 15th, 2013 CST.

dam it, I have to pass on this EBC, work was a bitch on Friday/ double shift...............Good Luck to all you contestants. One of the hardest things one can do is expose your body and ask for critiquing, especially in today society where how people look determines a lot. I know I'm hard on myself, so to ask others to tell me how I look is even harder. Again Best of luck to all of you contestants, I admire you all.

Brother in 2001 I was just using a big ass Igloo cooler full of beer!
I spent weeks trying to find a better deal on them last year and wound up buying a cheaper bag that the zipper broke on. I'll cook about 20lbs of chicken breast at a time on the grill and bag it in the frig. When I travel I'll stay at places with a Kitchen. My meals are pretty simple Chicken and Greens (Brocolli, String Beans...) Shakes\Protein Bars in between real food.
Wardi77Right on man, I am glad to hear you made some positive changes bro. Sometimes when I am strapped for time and cant cook chicken, I just grab a few cans of tuna and a can opener along with a toothbrush and toothpaste and I am good to go lol
I buy cans of Chicken Breast too. 12.5 oz can has about 390 cals, 84gm Protein, 6gm fat. I'll use 1/2 a can on a big bowl of mixed greens salad with some Walnuts, Craisens or fruit. Quick and easy.
