EBC 2014 FALL - Free For All
Alright Eroids! You folks wanted the return of the EBC so y'all got it! I am now fully at the Helm of the EBC StarShip and I've got a new co-pilot. Catalyst has agreed to join me and help lead the EBC into a new era. We'll work our asses off to make the EBC bigger and better than ever.
On behalf of BFG and Eroids our Opening act is the Fall EBC Free for All 2014!!! What is a Free for All exactly? It's actually quite simple , you competitors get to choose your own goals. Execute as best as you can within your precise Goal parameter and you will succeed!! I do however suggest that all members keep their goals to the commonly used Goal standards such as Bulker, Cutter, Recomp, Lean Bulker, Stage ready etc.
It is in your best interests to not over complicate your goals so our Judges can actually get a proper gauge of your performance. Stick to your standard BB/Fitness/AAS cycle goals and you'll make our Judges lives much easier and yours as well. Judging so many different goals is hard enough already please don't put yourself in a position to be Judged poorly because your Goal could not be understood or that you simply could not reach it.
Follow the rules, give me 5 of the poses below with one extra pic containing a current Newspaper of your choice with a visible date (6 pics total).
Post a brief yet precise description of your cycle and goal and GET YOUR ASSES TO WORK!!!!
Opening pics deadline will be September 7th 2014 @11:59pm PST
Closing pics must be identical to opening and deadline is November 30th 2014 @11:59pm PST

EBC Competition Rules
- Age limit 21yrs minimum (Childlike antics are not expected and will no longer be tolerated).
- If you are banned even for a temporary length at any time during the entry portion and up to the prize announcement you WILL be disqualified. There's too much money on the line to let douchebags be eligible.
- If at any time a person steps out of line in questioning the EBCs integrity there will be no second chances. No favors and no love. You're gone. Period.
- No arguing / bitching about judges decisions. We don’t mind constructive result discussion, but questioning integrity will not be tolerated. If you cross the line you will be banned from future competition.
- No giving away prizes to other members. Whilst this is a nice gesture, it detracts from why the sources donate their prizes and is to hard to keep track of.
- If you are chosen as a Winner and receive Src Prizes you are obligated to perform the following:
- Post pictures of Prizes received. Post link in EBC main page so Admin can award 10star Votes for Source Donators.
- After running the Prize products post a honest review and vote according to Eroids' Review Rules
(These Sources who make the Prize list so amazing deserve our support and recognition. By posting Pix and posting honest reviews this is the best and most honest way to recognize their contributions)
Poses and pictures
- One pic of you holding a current newspaper (dated correctly!)
- Five pictures of you chosen from the following poses
- Front Double Bi
- Front lat spread
- Side chest (either)
- Side tricep (either)
- Back double bi
- Back lat spread
- Abdominal
- Most Musclular
- No doctoring of pictures whatsoever. Air brushing, photoshopping etc WILL be found and you’ll be disqualified as a result. Due to the lack of sportsmanship involved, you my also be excluded from future EBCs.
- A final sixth shot holding a current newspaper with some of your body present will be required for opening and closing pictures. Full body, head to toe in ALL SHOTS. Identical lighting and background for the opening and closing shots(if there is a legit reason why this is not possible Permission must be granted by the EBC leadership) , and ensure that you use your five chosen poses for BOTH start and finish pictures are the same.
Non-compliance with any of these rules will be justification for disqualification at anytime. All justified disqualifications are up to the discretion of the EBC Leadership. The EBC is not a right but rather it is a privilege

What is the difference between a "lean bulk" and a "recomp"? They seem to be almost the same.
AnonOne involves losing BF while the other is bulking with little to no fat gain.

Just remember folks no sandbagging when taking the opening pix. I wanna see you flexing like you do come final pix. Don't go let yourself go thinking if you look like a slob and then cut up I don't notice. This competition must be fair and treated with respect please. Don't make a mockery of the EBC. Too many people have put too much into this thing. Thank you

If your pale ass white and hairy as all hell opening pics, don't shave and look like a tan bronze statue closing pics. That alone is a dramatic visual difference. White and hairy=white and hairy....Tan and shaved=tan and shaved... all should be equal opening and closing pic.
Well for folks like myself it is near impossible to be tanned all the time. I think finishing tanned is the cherry on top and falls into the "presentation" category.
CD can you chime in here on if its forwned upon to finish with a nice tan please so we can be clear on that. Thanks

I just know when I'm white and hairy....then shave and tan....it looks dramatic....like I've lost 10lbs and leaned out. But that does fall into the presentation I suppose. So yeah, maybe CD can clarify.
AnonEntry pix should be the real you. If your a real hairy fat ass then so be it. I don't mind the waxing and tanning on final pics. They do the same thing for BB shows. Everybody is tanned and shaved. If you wax and tan all year then that's the real you. I
What Catalyst and myself do frown upon is when guys say "hey folks I've gained 30lbs of fat on purpose and sabatoged my health on purpose just so I can make that much more of a dramatic finish". If you're 365days a year walking around like a fat ass then that's the real you. I can accept that. But if you normally walk around 365 @10-12% BF and you sandbag on purpose and jump to 20% bf because you think it helps their chances of winning that's not ok in my book.
Just in case folks forget the last winner of a free for all was Italian. He is an active competitive bodybuilder who is always in shape. He nailed his goals to the T. He came in final pix looking like a piece of chiseled marble. He won. No gimmicks. No bullshit.
Now I'm not saying you shouldn't wax and tan for entry pix. I think that would be pretty cool to see someone that focused on showing every aspect of their physique that they waxed and tanned their before pix. As cool as it would be to me it's not a rule. So the choice is still up to everyone
It's very similar to progress pics! Keep the lighting the same.. Do them at the same time of day.. Wear the same undies and be mindful of your posing. No one takes shitty gym selfies... Your EBC pics should be given just as much attention. Also, in the end if you took the time to really be consistent and put in work you'll be able to compare your pics from each week and see the progress... If you're considering doing a show the EBC will give you an idea of what it's like... Good luck folks!

My goal is totally opposite of yours, I want to look how I do now and I feel it's a good condition so me being in good condition I want to have to push myself that much harder to get to into great condition!! I've been workin extra hard the last 3 weeks so i don't look like s total tool for submission pics
I may look like shit. My summer has been a matter of circumstances one thing after another with 2 kids starting their freshman year in college. All the work at home that had to be done to stay on schedule and very demanding work schedule. My bf has increased due to grab and go dieting and working out has been almost nonexistent. But I don't care! Ive got it sorted and I'm changing jobs so they can judge me more harshly. It's not about them it's about my own personal conquest. Winning for me will be what I see in the mirror. Anyone here that knows me knows I'm a man of integrity and cheating is not in my make up. So it is what it is. This is the start of a new chapter in my life and I mean to go all out. Regardless of where I place I will be a winner. So I wish everyone good luck and be diligent in you plan. I'm rooting for all to succeed and can't wait to see all the results. I'm doing a all out bulker so I'm not worried about the excess fat. I plan to carry that weight for a few months so my gets used to its size. I'll worry about cutting in the summer so I don't revert back to my normal size. My legs again will be my focus after back surgery. Muscle atrophy is a bitch so my goals are personal and deliberate. So again good luck and push hard ill be rooting for all to succeed......
I know what you mean bro had two surgeries and a contract overseas then came back and I could barely lift 35lb dumbells but now at least back up to 50lbs the atrophy and loss sucks

I've been cutting and cleaning everything up too. My waist is the tightest it seems been in 18 years. This EBC hasn't even started and the motivation has already positively changed my body. I was originally going to do a classic bulk, but now I want to keep it clean and run a Lean Bulk.
I have said it before and I'll say it again, BEST SITE EVER! Thank you Eroids for all the good information, motivation and friendships. I am coming up on my first year on this site and am excited to see what the next year holds.
