The order I placed was for IGF-1-LR3 and Retatrutide. I used IGF-1-LR3 for about 6 weeks, with a daily dose of 100 mcg. My training was quite intense, and I gained weight. My carbohydrate intake was also moderate to high. Among the results, I gained considerable lean mass. I didn't change my diet even though my appetite increased. I achieved body recomposition; I lowered my body fat percentage and maintained muscle mass, almost at the same weight. I also experienced a slight increase in strength and stronger joints. No side effect on the dosing i run, sometimes heartburn and overall hotness but it was as a result of my cycle and igf1-lr3. 100 mg Para retatrutide. Take a 3mg weekly dose all year so im familiar with results and sides of reta. I started the recieved reta, for my summer cut, resulting in a 5mg dose weekly. Reta does not greatly effect my appetite. I felt a small decrease in my appetite. The skin sensitivity greatly increases which is a normal side for me. The food noise is gone. This was my first cycle with deca so did not know what to expect.

I ran 500mg test e and 250mg deca per week split up into monday and friday pins.

I ran this for 12 weeks with good results and some bad.

The good sides i noticed i gained over half a stone in weight ( eating well and more than usual.) Looked alot better also. Noticible size increase in the mirror.

I chose to get the para pharma BPC/TB500 mix mainly for recovery, gut health and to handle repairing a strain I had in my shoulder. I ran this daily at 10mg TB500 and 10mg BPC157. I started injection sub q in abdomen for the first 2 weeks and then moved to specific sites I was having issues in like my delts. This stuff absolutely works very well. Mind you I had this strain for months prior to starting this and after a few weeks on it all cleared up. Outside of taking care of that specific issue I believe it also helped my all around recovery from the gym. I like the fact it strengthens your tendons as well because I’ve had a bicep detach years go so I’ve always been concerned doing that again. All in all I couldn’t be happier with their peptides.

Retatrutide (Para Pharma): Works. Appetite suppression was strong once I got into week 3. Ran it at 1–2mg/week and dropped around a pound a week. Energy stayed stable, definitely does what it’s supposed to do.

BPC-157 / TB-500 blend (Para Pharma): Used around 500mcg 3–4x/week for ~5 weeks. Helped with an injury where I had a longhead tear on my adductor and noticed reduced tightness and better recovery between workouts. Subtle but effective over time.

Appetite dropped hard on Retatrutide, body fat came down noticeably, and I was able to maintain muscle pretty well during the cut. No other problems whatsoever.

This was my first time using a either BPC or TB 500, and after running it at 0.5mg/night so far at week 5 on an about an 8 week cycle the tennis elbow I had in my left arm is gone. This was a pleasant surprise for me as I wasn't sure what to expect with these two compounds other than reading others experiences talking so positively of what it did for them. The pills are very small compared to what I was getting from my pharmacy, and I typically only take 10mg as a preworkout instead of a full 20mg pill. Works every time like I expected, still get some minor heartburn every now and again but the pump it adds during my workout is great.

I chose to receive the 10mg Reta and the BPC/TB500 10mg blend. I've titrated up to 4mg Reta weekly (started off at 1mg), and after a couple of months, the results really started to show. I seem to tolerate Reta well. When I first started, the RHR increase and the nausea/acid reflux after eating were noticeable, but after the first month, these side effects subsided. After 8 weeks, I've lost 21 pounds while strength stayed the same, and my lower abs and overall muscle definition definitely improved.
