+ 1 Bloodwork on test and primo
ad
60 mg test prop from para pharma and 60 mg primo daily from usroids. Blood drawn 12 hours after injection. Honestly a little surprised my shbg was so low, e2 is understandable. Going to lower primo to 50 a day and raise test to 65 a day to raise e2

Why are you trying to raise your E2? Are you having symptoms, or are you chasing a number? Is there a study or paper suggesting someone with an LC/MS E2 of 36 should intentionally increase it?
Dry skin, achy joints, insomnia, anxiety, night sweats, higher blood pressure
That’s interesting. My first Primo run, my E2 was around 20-25. I had dry joints for a couple of weeks, then everything settled down without changing my protocol. Sometimes it just takes a little time to adapt. Dry joints make me think E2, but anxiety, insomnia, night sweats, and elevated blood pressure are a lot less specific. I’m not convinced E2 alone explains all of those.
usroids is my new favorite, cant go wrong with them guys!
Those numbers actually make sense to me. The thing that stands out isn’t the E2….it’s the SHBG of 6. With daily test prop and daily Primo, especially around 420 mg/week of each, it’s not unusual to see SHBG get driven into the single digits.
Your E2 of 36 is also pretty reasonable considering you’re using LC/MS testing and only the testosterone is aromatizing. A lot of guys expect E2 to be 60–80+ with a TT over 2,000, but Primo often results in lower E2 than people would predict.
Personally, I wouldn’t change the cycle just to chase a higher estradiol number. I’d base that decision on symptoms. If you’ve got dry joints, low libido, poor erections, flat pumps, or generally feel “too dry,” then reducing Primo and increasing Test is a logical adjustment. If you feel great, I’d be inclined to leave it alone.
I’d also be interested in seeing the rest of the labs: hematocrit, ApoB/lipids, blood pressure, liver enzymes, etc. Those are usually more important than whether E2 is 36 versus 45.
