I started off small and weak a hell about a year and a half ago and then found this forum. I've spent countless hours trying to be a sponge from all the experienced body builders on this site and thank god because if I hadn't I would still look like shit and probably not be able to have kids.

I went from 190 lbs to 220 of pretty damn solid, bulk, muscle and I've done it all safely and securely thanks to you all. Just thought I owed to the greats here to stop in and say thank you for helping me achieve my goals.

And no, of course I'm not done building yet, still got WAYS to go, life is good.
