Advice for a Purchase Experience that is less than ideal

I made a purchase from a well rated vendor. Sent kisses and a cheek pinch, & it was received. A couple of days later, I get a message saying "sorry who dis?" - They did give me credit for it. However, I have to use it all in a single smooch, and it has to be within two weeks of the original kiss. Finding stuff I actually want that happens to add up to the same price is tricky. I know "stuff happens" sometimes, but I thought I would ask for opinions. Thanks.

Getting a credit instead of "we will put on your next order" seems like some fantasy to me. Take the credit and order anything, orals, whatever and move on and be happy.
That should be a credit or a full refund at your discretion.
Gainz411Honestly that’s not too bad. I’m dealing with a well know Vendor that’s in Eroids stop 10 now. They sent me the wrong product and then they told me they sent me that because they didn’t have what I wanted lol. Also the vials have no batch number or expression date. I had to wait over 2 months to get the wrong product and a shady vials. They credit me 20% of my purchase. Then ghosted me. I had to reach out to them in dm on Eroids to get assistance.
What happens if we didn’t have Eroids? Imagine all the people that use vendors then when shit goes wrong they just get fucked and don’t know an avenue to be able to stand up for themselves.
At least they gave you a full refund. The vendor I used straight up is tried their best to rob me lmao.
That sounds pretty dirty. I would not have even posted had they just given me credit that I could have used at my leisure. Making me spend it all and within 10 bucks made it a pain. Several of the items I might be interested in are not in stock. Anyway, I don't have it as bad as you. Hopefully it wasn't a huge order. I was trying to get some perspective, so thanks for that.
TheParrotManIn my opinion, it's worth writing a review of what happened on the source page so that everyone knows what happened. Don't be scared of telling it how it is.
After it arrives, I'll do a review and point out the good/bad. Hopefully I'll be able to say "all is well that ends well" - We will see.
Surely they will allow you to cover the difference if you are spending more than the credit. I've always been permitted to do so.
It is looking like they might, but I still don't have confirmation. To be fair, they padded my purchase price a bit, so that is all good as long as I do get the the replacement stuff I just ordered.

Yea, they would have let me do that. My fear was that I would throw more money at them and then have it happen again. I'm just new at this, so not sure where my expectations should be.
