Just wanted to post a little update of current progress. 266lbs-190lbs, 12% total BF
Looking back at where I started versus where I am now is pretty wild. The first pic was me carrying a lot more body fat, feeling sluggish, and honestly not prioritizing my health the way I should have been.
Fast forward to now. down a significant amount of weight, stronger than I’ve ever been, better conditioning, and a completely different mindset. Still not where I want to be, but the goal was never perfection, it was progress.
