Hello everyone.
First thing I suck at grammar and spelling.
Well I am 29, male, married with one son. I was in the army for 9 years when got out i kinda fell off the fitness wagon. I really just got back to wanting to be in shape or i should say better shape. I have roughly 16 to 17% bf and on my 5 week of my first cycle of test e. Work in the oilfield so i work out pretty hard my two weeks home and do what ever i can when at work.
