I ran it for a bit at 50-100mcg about 30 minutes PWO. Definite increase in pumps for sure. Can't say reliably whether or not it increased performance or muscle gain as it was with 400 test/200 mast. I'd like to give it another run on my cruise dose eating maintenance calories, I feel like that will give me a better baseline on if it actually improves anything more than the pump. Probably give that a run in the Fall.
