I want to get bigger than my body seems to want me. Anytime I get around the 200 lb point my blood pressure rises, to a point where I need to take meds. With medication its well managed. When I was 150lbs and running marathons it was well managed too.

So what do you do? I know I'm not the only one with this problem - I see purple faced bros all over the guy just looking like they could pop.

Are there any medications that don't interfere with lifting - many pressure meds just plain suck.

Currently running 600 mgs of Test E weekly - looking to gain about 15 - 20 lbs.

What do people do when they want to get big and want to stay somewhat healthy?

I used to just do it and not care but I'm getting older and I think I want to live awhile.

I've heard Apple Cider Vinegar can work wonders for blood pressure. I've also heard good things about Hawthorn Berry extract. Sodium intake makes a huge difference, as others have stated. Drinking a lot of water can help too, and you should be doing at least some cardio every week.

Usually its the sodium intake that contributes to blood pressure. I had that same problem before on some eg and test. My sodium in my body was so high I was about to pop. My ai wasn t used correctly. Are you taking arimidex or aromasin to help combat estrogen issues??

Yea the joint pain is def a sign of low estrogen, too low of estrogen does hinder gains

High Salt/Sodium, low potassium intake, alochol, and tobbacco use are some major contributors, supplements to take are fish oil, garlic, cinnamon, hawthorn extract, calicum, magnesium, potassium, folic acid and pretty much anything mediterrean (which is supposed to be considered the healthiest diet in the world, but doesnt fill the needs of muscle building though).

Maybe look for some things that are not traditional... Research some stuff on ancient/Chinese medicine, all those hippies and earth people usually got their stuff together when it comes to home remedies and such
