I’m thinking of starting a cycle of 250mg of test e then slowly raising it to 500mg for 12-16 weeks. I’m going to use Anastrozole has my Aromatase inhibitor and alternate the injection between the glute quad and shoulder. Still, I’m wondering about the discreet packaging like where do they usually place it or is it bullshit and they place it on your front door and does it come in a box or something or is it just the vials and pills?

Discussing the details of how orders are packaged and where they are left feels like it’s against the rules but I just went through them and I guess it’s ok or at least not explicitly banned. Typically any package that doesn’t fit in a mailbox won’t be left in a mailbox so as long as you aren’t ordering a pallet of gear…it should be in the mailbox. Just like any other package.
And, no, there won’t be pictures of vials on the outside of the box.
The biggest question I have is why are you even stressing on that? I’d be more worried about getting the package indoors so it’s not freezing or melting in extreme elements in a small metal box.
Just check your mail regularly as soon as it’s delivered so your stuff isn’t exposed to the elements for longer than necessary and you will be fine.
My spider sense tells me the OP would prefer the package to not be opened by anyone else - a partner, maybe, or quite likely a parent. If you are underage or still live at home, don’t use testosterone. If that is the problem and you have other concerns about shipping, don’t worry about it. These are professionals.
You stated slowly raising it to 500mg. Just take your time, do your labs. But get some base labs done first. It's to me important to know where you stand before you start. Than retested every so often to know how things look. Good luck with it Fist Bump.
Agree, way overthinking this. What do you think it comes in a big box that says these are steroids inside don’t open? Comes in an envelope or a small box that’s indiscreet and has your name and address on it. Your comment about going to use Anastrozole as your AI, why? Do you normally have high e2 issues? Are you just using it because someone told you to use it? Your test mg amounts look fine
My e2 is fine as of now but, i don’t want to pay extra for shipping if my e2 goes bad on my bloodwork, and yes someone told me to use it.
You dont need to use an Ai until you get sides.
The sensitive nipples are a dead give away that cannot be confused with anything else. Some people tolerate a higher e2 better than others.
E2 serves a purpose and crashing it imo is worse than running higher e2 values. You feel like shit, no libido, can cause your joints to get stiff.
Instead of just running an Ai if your numbers are higher try breaking your weekly dose up into more frequent injections. Move to a smaller gauge needle, you can find 1inch 28/29 gauge and use a 1ml instead of a 3ml, they're easier to push through the smaller gauge. Rotate injection sites. Pecs/quads/shoulder/glutes/lats. If you're lean enough just use a insulin needle.
Thanks for the clarification. You said in your question that you are going to use it not that you were going to have it on hand in case the need arise. While everyone is different and reactions are different you may not need an AI at those test levels, but you never know.
