First time ordering from Apotheka.to. I’m still pretty green in this game, so dropping almost 2000 USD on a relatively new source that popped up on the forum felt like a bit of a leap of faith. I mainly wanted to try real pharma-grade GH after running Driada’s liquid HGH. Found them through an image search that led to their “buy 3 Genotropin pens, get 1 free” deal. Ordered 9 pens, ended up receiving 12× Genotropin 36 IU pens + 2× Omnitrope 45 IU cartridges. The whole process had some unnecessary drama on the shipping side, but the way they handled every single issue afterwards completely flipped my opinion. They actually surprised me in a good way.

Went with Genotropin 36 IU pens and Omnitrope 45 IU cartridges purely for the pharma-grade experience. Compared to Driada’s UGL liquid HGH the difference in side-effect profile is night and day. Driada gave me clear edema. Omnitrope is much milder – just a light “tickle”. Genotropin at 4.2 IU/day felt the cleanest of the three so far. Omnitrope itself is a bit of a pain if you travel a lot. The cartridge is tiny and with a regular U-100 insulin syringe every extra 0.1 IU on the barrel actually matters. Once I accidentally pulled 6.2 IU and immediately felt how much stronger and cleaner pharma hits compared to UGL.

This is where Apotheka really shone. First the shipping/customs mess, then the Genotropin pen issue (after activation the 12 mg markings and the plunger didn’t line up with the official videos – classic noob panic moment). They replied instantly both here on the forum and through their official site, asked for photos/proof, walked me through everything and went way further than expected: they offered a full replacement of the pens and actually sent a completely different batch. For a product that has a serious counterfeit problem on the market, that level of backup is rare. They basically killed every doubt I had and turned a stressed-out first-time customer into a repeat buyer. Second (bigger) order for the TRT-to-blast transition already went through and landed in the middle of their current promo.

Express international package left around 29 June and was already in the EU destination country early morning on 30 June – fast on paper. Then the problems started. Their shipper put the wrong phone number and email, so the local courier couldn’t contact me. I had to chase the customs documents myself. Apotheka support jumped on it immediately, forced the shipper to supply the correct codes and the package got released. Right after that the courier’s internal system failed again (still missing phone number) and the parcel went back to the warehouse. I was genuinely worried the whole time because somatropin (both reconstituted and not) is temperature-sensitive and the package was bouncing around under unknown conditions. Final delivery only happened on 8 July. Apotheka needs to manage their shipping partners a lot better. This was pure unnecessary stress.

Paid for 9 pens, received 12 + two Omnitrope cartridges. On top of that they replaced the entire first batch of pens.

Realistically, I walked away with roughly 2340 USD worth of product as “compensation” for all the doubts and hassle. Hard to complain about the value when the source is this aggressive with both promos and problem-solving.Additional comments Turkish pharmacy sources have a mixed reputation, but the actual delivery success rate people talk about seems real. Apotheka is still a relatively new name trying to build a track record and, at least with me, they went the extra mile.

Shipping partners are currently their weakest point – that part needs serious improvement. Everything else (communication speed, willingness to replace product, overall attitude) was better than I expected from a source in this market.
