We took a collection of names of guys a while back who are now wearing Depends, but it's been a while. So now that we have our own nursing facility, we want to update everything. Any thoughts about how some of the TRT/HRT providers advise year-round cycles of test and AI? Can you do this in low doses? Is it smart? I'd like to hear from anyone who's done this "continuous cycle" therapy..

I've just started recently, dropped down to 50mg/eod after my EBC cycle and didn't lose a lb., about 1/2 " on the arms but filled out my chest a bit (I'll take that trade). They call it Blast and Cruise. After your cycle you drop down to Cruise level with no PCT required! I still did HCG for big, healthy "Jewels"! LOL ;-P

The HCG was 250\eod, then 500\eod for the last 3 weeks or so. I don't think that is "proper" protocol, but it filled the boys up! There are lots of different opinions on HCG, during cycle, post cycle.....

Hi all. I'm 44, 5' 10", only been training for about 2 and a half years, 5 days a week. I started out at 155 lbs and managed to get up to 177 lbs using creatine and everything else I could legitimately get my hands on.
Haven't really made the gains I want despite turning to prohormones - which did help a little, especially with my damned low sex drive.
My blood work showed that my test level was just above the lowest acceptable limit - my doctor said that was fine, despite my complaints about low sex drive.

My intention is to blast & cruise - for as long as it takes.

Anyway, now 9 weeks into my first cycle, following the "beginner" cycle as detailed by "TRTblastcruise" in the forum.

Been using 500 (increased to 600) test E per week and originally 30mg dbol (which went up to 40mg at the end of the oral phase) - plus all the ancillaries...
Increased my calorie intake from 2750 to about 3800-4000 with at least 350g of protein.

My results: weight about 187lbs - 10lbs gained - mostly around my waist - I'm guessing about 7-8lbs of fat at the very least...
Again guessing my bodyfat is around 15% now, maybe higher...

I've had no strength increase, no muscle gain, no sense of well-being and absolutely no increase in my sex drive - total opposite, practically gone completely.
Everything I've been using must be total junk.
Utterly pissed off.

The only thing I can say is that I've had to increase my anastrozole to 0.5mg ED because my nipples became incredibly sore - so there must have been "something" in what I've been pinning, although God only knows what...
I've contacted a different supplier and now have 2 vials of a different brand of test E. So I'll be adding an additional 2-3 weeks onto my cycle to see if I can actually get any "real" gains.

I have not enjoyed my first foray into "steroids" at all...

(Sorry for the major downer introduction - would have loved to be bursting with enthusiasm, but hey, that's the way it is - at least for the moment...)

Increase in weight and strength has alot to do with how hard you work, and DIET - the quality of your calories. The lack of sex drive seems hormonal, or the quality of your juice..
- What are your estrogen numbers? Perhaps you should switch to another AI; something
like aromasin (exemestane)
- Depending on the free test #'s, maybe try something stronger, like sustanon

Thanks for your reply - I'll take it all on board.

As for how hard I work out - I do every set to failure, with rest-pause to finish off.
I know juice isn't magic - I do put the effort in - I WANT results!
(sadly, hasn't really worked so far - but still hoping)

Diet-wise, I'm pretty sure everything is in order: protein from chicken,eggs,tuna/ carbs from oats,rice/ fats from almonds, peanut butter, olive oil.

I'm just hoping it's down to getting better gear. I'm not sure if I should extend my cycle any further; it's already 9 (completely wasted) weeks...

I don't recollect my estrogen levels - I was fixated on my test levels - although I can't imagine what my bloodwork is like now...

Please keep the advice coming - it's all appreciated.

Hope I'm putting this in the right spot, first post. I'm 46, was in terrible shape, then got into bicycles and low carb and lost 30 lbs, then I got into lifting and have been trying to get serious with it over the last 2 years. I also found out I had low testosterone and went on TRT. After that lifting got a lot more rewarding, but I haven't done a proper cycle yet. Still want to get a bit stronger and cut some fat before I do that. I'm currently 236lbs and 6', I just did a 50 mile bike ride 2 weeks ago and am lifting three days a week. OK, that's more than anyone cares about. Cheers!

Thanks, it definitely makes the weight lifting more fun, I ran out a week ago and was noticeably more sore during my workout. Gotta get back on the T! But I have some coming.

I don't feel like I should be this age, but I'm 41. Still very much a kid at heart, but my body doesn't keep up the way it used to even 5 years ago.

I had always been in great shape. I went to college at a Division 1 school in FL and was a trainer at the gym there and herniated my first disc deadlifting 550lbs. That was in 94' and I herniated L5-S1 disc. Had surgery and made great recovery. Shortly after I discovered creatine and holy shit I thought I had found a miracle drug.

Stayed active in the gym for years after. I did my first cycle when I was 34 and it was incredible. For almost 2 years I felt like an absolute monster. I reacted so well with Test E, EQ, and D-bol. At 36 I herniated another disc. This time L4-L5 in which I had another surgery. Stopped lifting after that and flash forward to now. I started back training 1 month ago after 5 years off. Soreness lasts longer, a lot stiffer in the morning (not in the good way), and I still have the mindset that I should be just as strong and fast as I was in my twenties. Male egos are a bitch!

Anyways, 6'0 255lbs and my wife thinks I look great. (She's a dirty liar). I am making good gains and eating a lot cleaner. I'm down from 270 a month ago. I wont start a cycle until I'm fully prepared, but man it's hard to resist after reading through all the posts on this site. So that's me and its nice meeting you guys.

43 year old been working out for 20yrs and a complete virgin to gear.

Hell, in my 20s all I needed was steak, boxes of MAc an Cheese, steak, A workout book by Tom Platz, and a bottle of Rippedfuel. Oh, and a few steaks, and I packed on serious muscle and strength quickly.

In my thirty's, Cleaned up my diet a little, dropped the mac an cheese, lost the Rippedfuel Damnit, but found creatine. Was able to maintain weight and strength and motivation but wasn't really moving forward.

40's now, Clean diet, fish, chkn, greens... Still got creatine added vit, bcaas, whey.
But no motivation. Stuff is shrinking. Harder to get outta bed.

Dr says I'm in great shape "FOR MY AGE" and not to come back for a couple of yrs. WTF!! That's when I realize I know more about what my body is telling me and I have to do something!

Don't get me wrong, I can still hang with the twenty something crowd, But now its taking weeks to recover instead of days and why the Hell am I crying at the Hallmark commercials:/

Needing insight and this seems like the community to get it!

Just turned 40 in December, my friend at the gym says to me, "Welcome to the fourth dimension!" Strangely, I feel and look better now than I did when I was in my 20's (minus some hair on my head), thanks to chemical help and training/nutrition. Now if I can just regrow some hair on my head instead of on my back it would be great!

Just joined this board. I am a member on a couple of others doing research for my lab rat experiment. My stats are 45 (be 46 in august. In and out of the gym for 20+ years, got divorced a couple of years ago and decided to re-enter the life! Been on HRT for 10 years or so but have supplemented a couple of times, but that was before I decided to really research what I need and how to run. 5'10" about 225 like I said got fat so you dont get to know that..lol Goals lean mass get the fat off again with diet and cardio then and only then start my lab experiment then get YOKED THE F UP!!! I am currently running peptides, GHRP-2 and mod 1295 w/o dac along with some T3 to up the metabolic rate. Loving the peptides! Nuff for now I will post up some pics at some point....

I am a member on two other forums and thought I would come over to eroids to check the place out. I used 25 years ago, on and off for about five years. When I walked away everyone said I was crazy. My response was, maybe I will make a come back when I am in my forties. Well, here I am, in my forties and back at it. I am currently on the hunt for the best GH I can get my hands on. Ran some good stuff, bought some junk stuff, and am wishing I could find the real deal again. I am on the off cycle of EQ and Var. I loved that stack 25 years ago, and still do. Who needs size when you got strength?

long story short, i been on gel but wanted more kick. got gear. got some kick now for sure!! the thing is I cant do a full week on 250mg. about day 5 and half, and all day on day 6 i am dragging ass. i mean dead! so im doing the 250mg./1ml every 5th day.
It may be the supplier, ive only tried one. So we will see. im buying up gear like one of those dooms day preppers!!! I am never going back to how i have felt for the past 6 years. Thank God literally for eroids. Mod i will be making a donation for the site.
So the question is, is there a difference in gear potency and how long it last in your body from source to source? Is the same gear (say test e 250) different from every source?

Yes, there are differences between some labs gear. But IMO if they start with good raws and follow good protocols, UGL gear should be just as good or better than Pharma Grade. Crap happens with Pharma also. Do some research there are a lot of well respected Sources and Labs on here.
