Ok chicken breast, Turkey, eggs, red taters, tryin to spice it up a lil! Any ideas?

I use cayenne pepper, black pepper, and minced garlic, any veggies you like sautee it in evoo. If you throw ur garlic in ur oil while pan is warming you know when its ready. to add meat. I take the chik breast out of freezer microwave about a 1min for two of em' then they cut easy, and I cube it up throw it in evoo, add spices, sautee for 3-4 min,flip meat add veggies. cook a few more min, consume...

Cool bro, I love turkey brats and Italian sausage! The turkey breakfast links r good as well, jus gotta watch for sales or deals that shit can get expensive! Lol
