bunk t3?
ad
how do you guys tell if your t3 is legit or not? obviously it should lead to weight loss, but are there any key sides to look out for? I'm suspicious my t3 is fake since I haven't lost any weight on it after dosing consistently for a few weeks. I read it should increase heart rate but I checked my heart rate for hours after dosing and it didn't rise. Do you guys consistently get an increased heart rate after your dosing?

Age: 24
Height: 5'10''
Weight: 151
BF: 7%
are these your stats?
if so what is your goal? to lose weight at 7%?
got any pics to confirm this #?
BEST WAY TO TEST LEGITIMACY OF ANY COMPOUND IS BLOOD TEST
now everybody is different, whats your dosing? some may see increased HR some not, all depends on body and dosing
I've been running competitively for 8 years so the low body fat % shouldn't be that hard to believe. I've gained weight since I posted those stats from my last cycle. Now 166 and I was curious if my t3 was working or not since I didn't notice any weight loss at 50 mcg for a few weeks. I don't mind losing muscle, just need my weight a bit lower for running longer races.
Cool bro
That why I asked for goals, I learned that not everybody on site is a bb or a power lifter.
I don't know much about running competitively
But for t3 legitimacy I would say go blood test,
I dunno your area but if you are in a state that permits it, check out privatelabsmd.com
The Thyroid TSH w/ Free T4 & Free T3 contains the following tests:
Free Thyroxine (T4) Free Tri-iodothyronine (T3)
Thyroxine-Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
That should give you an idea of t3 levels
Gonna be hard to tell if you don't have a baseline level tho
I checked TSH before and after the few weeks of t3 and I went from 1.9 to 1.5. doesn't look very significant but maybe that shows it worked somewhat?
