hello, I did an epo search and the few threads I found were years old. Could anyone share their experience with epo as far as most effective dosing cycle and additional supplements used such as iron,b12,etc.? Did you use pharma grade or the cheap chinese powder stuff? how long before you saw an increase of 5 or more % hematocrit?
