I had a 20oz boneless rib eye last night that went down very well. I checked the nutritional facts on it and it was 1600 calories with like 130 grams of protein. Fat content however nearly equaled the protein amount.
I know there are some monsters on here that can probably double that...

It's beautiful mate! It's alot hotter than American mustard. You can get it anywhere over here in the UK but I'm not sure where your based or where you would get it. To much can make your nose and eyes water but put it on a steak it's to die for
I'm from America so I'll have to order online cause I've never seen it before at least in the state I live in and then go buy a steak

Dam, that sounds delicious. Just cooked some burgers last night on the grill but u guys have me thinking about grabbing a nice steak on the way home tonight and throwing that on. Mmm good stuff
